Honey-Jam Cafe Plainfield

Excellent restaurant for breakfast or any other meal, but they have a great breakfast menu. I went with the build-your-own breakfast skillet that was fantastic! Service was excellent and I look forward to coming back soon. Enjoy!

Absolutely amazing. The food was too die for. Hot and fresh and the drinks... oh my! The service was unbelievable. There is no way I'm going anywhere else for breakfast with the family. Our waiter was on point and didn't miss a beat at all. Highly recommend!!!

My girlfriend and I shared the potato waffle fry skillet with maple sausage and eggs smothered in a spicy agave syrup. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the fries were crispy and the sweet spicy syrup complimented the whole dish. GF had a classic mimosa while I had a tequila sunrise mimosa and both were terrific. Highly recommend and we will most definitely go again and recommend to friends and family. When we arrived we were seated and immediately taken care of and while we were waiting on our drinks we were even approached by who I assume was either the owner or the head chef and he asked if we were taken care of which to me is excellent customer service. Our server was spot on, not overly bothering us but attentive enough to where we never had an empty beverage. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Simply put, one of the best experiences I've had.

Newly opened next to Walmart. It was quite busy when we showed up at 10 am but the wait was short maybe 15 minutes. The menu was great, they have a ton of different Benedict’s as well as various Mexican inspired breakfasts. Food came out fast. The pancakes are phenomenal. My California Benedict was great, its nice to go somewhere that knows how to poach an egg. The skillet my wife got was also really good. If i could change one thing it would probably be the home fries, they’re cut in slices which made them less crispy than id expect, but they were still good. I may try the has browns next time.

Absolutely loved this place! It’s roomie and comfortable, the wait staff was vigilant to our needs, and the food was amazing. I ordered the Nashville Chicken Sandwich with curly fries and was not disappointed. The chai tea latte was also amazing.

Bonus: they sell merch and I got one of their mugs and pancakes t-shirt

It was my first time there I recommend it. The waiter was super great. The food was the best I have had in a long time. We usually take home leftovers we did have any left. That tell you it was great. 🥰.

Unexpectedly good. Fresh eggs, tasty bacon and my wife says the pumpkin pancakes are to die for. Loved the regular pancakes too. The sandwiches looked really good too especially the Reuben and so did the Mamosas. Will definitely be back soon.

If you are craving something sweet go for the tres leches French toast. You will not be disappointed

Had brunch with my wife, and there was no wait time. Our waitress was great. I ordered the Chilaquiles and was served Whipped Cream on top of the plate. Thinking kitchen staff mistakenly thought it was sour cream. Luckily, I didn't spread it over the Chilaquiles, but mistakes happen, so I'm not complaining

Very impressed. Bacon is really good. Country fried steak was delicious. The horchata coffee was delicious. This place was so damn good. Can't want to go back and have other stuff on their menu.

First-time visiting the Plainfield location, and I felt it was a busy vibe, but our server was attentive, the food was good, and if I was in the area, I would go back.

We sat down immediately our lovely waitress got our drink order. We took a few minutes to pick out what we wanted. I got the meat and 2 eggs plate. Our food was out to us almost 10 minutes later, probably shorter than that. By far the fastest food service I've ever had sitting down. I did ask for over medium eggs and I got way over easy eggs but they were quick and polite about getting it fixed for us. Besides that everything was truly perfect.
Highly recommend the strawberry orange juice.

Delicious food, perfect service!

First time there. My wife had veggie omelette and I had popeye scrambler. Our breakfast was really good. Our waitress was outstanding. Decor could be enhanced a little but food and service trump all. Will definitely return.

Food was good. They are still getting things together after the Broken Yolk takeover, but the staff was nice and the food pretty good. This is there initial limited menu as the website isn't correct.
