The tea was phenomenal. Full flavored, bold, yet creamy and satisfying to drink. You can order a pot and refill yourself. We got the Mumbai Cutting which is with ginger and it was exceptionally delicious even without sugar. The butter chicken panini was well flavored, spicy and creamy, with good size chunks of chicken breast, tender and well marinated, and it is not the sweet version of butter chicken. It comes with home made thick kettle cooked chips and savory dipping sauce. The sandwich is really good filling size. The chicken pizza paratha was ok but not exactly the expectation of “pizza” since it did not have much of any pizza sauce and no capsicum. It had shredded masala flavored chicken and cheese and tiny bit of black olives. The garlic mayo fries were really good, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, thick, freshly made, and covered in mayo and masala and chopped black olives. Everything was made to order as we had to wait a bit and was piping hot. Also 2 items were plenty filling so we had to get a to go box. The atmosphere is decent and pleasant to sit in for a quick bite especially you can sit outside and have an outdoor gas heater at your table. Also they are open very late. Inside there is a stunning mural of an old man in traditional attire drinking tea and tells a story of 1000 words! The toilet could use a bit better management. This place was featured on Chicago Today for their tea, and yes the tea was the best experience.

Such a cute spot! I loved the ambiance of the cafe! We tried the saffron tea, chicken boti roll, Bihari beef panini and the masala fries. Good portion size and very tasty food. The staff is friendly and made honest recommendations. We even met the owner, Hina, she is such a sweetheart! Definitely will be coming back to this spot!

It's a very nice place. Met the owner who was there at 2 a.m., making sure everything is done right. Food could have been better like paratha and omlette were too thin and under cooked. Tea is served without the burner, so by the time you get to it its cold, the candle with burner was there, but it's not being used. So couple suggestions, but I rate the place 4 star out of 5!!!

We came here for some refreshments and tea/coffee. I didn’t try the tea, but the madras filter coffee was excellent! We got butter chicken panini and Karachi style bun masala. Both were delicious. We have heard from friends that the paranthay are great too. Looking forward to try that the next time we visit. They also have Sunday brunch that I’d like to try soon. We will be back for more!

I was there tonight. Place was jam packed but the ambience and the smells were amazing. We were able to get the table in less than 10 mins and then our food came in the next 15 mins. I ordered 4 things wanted to try little bit of everything. So I ordered club sandwich, bun kabab, aloo paratha, qeema paratha and last but not the least doodh pati karak chai.

Bun kabab and both parathas were delicious and made to perfection. Parathas had very good filling and the bun kabab was accompanied by homemade chips. Delicious!!! Club sandwich was good but not wow. I thought the mayo was just in the middle and the rest of the sandwich felt little dry to me. Karak doodh Patti was excellent and exactly how chai should be. I really enjoyed everything and I hope there quality stays this good always. Great place to hang out and enjoy good chai.

We went on a quiet rainy day and it was perfect. Everything on their menu sounds yummy. We ended up getting bun kebab, pizza paratha, garlic mayo fries and Mumbai Cut Chai. Everything came out fast, hot and fresh. Delicious as I was hoping👌🏻We greatly enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere of the cafe. I already have my favorite spot here 😍
Owner and all the employees were very sweet, friendly and kind 🫶🏻 Can’t wait to be back and try other things on their menu 😃

Fabulous chai , crispy parathas, and basically everything else we ordered! Loved the club sandwiches which taste exactly like the ones in Karachi. You can tell food is all freshly made and definitely worth the wait. Lines are long but that’s to be expected. I hope they consider opening earlier during the day and other locations!

Checked out the New indo Pakistani street food restaurant in Naperville, IL and loved it.
Get ready to discover the taste of Indian and Pakistani street food at. The menu offers bold flavors, vibrant spices, and delicious food. Added bonus is the wide selection of CHAl!

It's a great spot to enjoy with family and friends in a casual and fun setting.

We had the Kara doodh pati chai, Madras filter coffee, Kashmiri chai, Electric Fizz, Karachi special anda wala bun, Chicken club sandwich, Beef Bihari kebab panini, Qheema Paratha, and CHJ loaded fries. I would order all of them again.

Their entire menu is Zabiha HALAL and they also have Vegan and Vegetarian options!
Check it out for yourself- I promise you will love it

I've been patiently waiting for this place to open as it's right around the corner from my house. Let me start by saying that they are working through the usual new "startup" issues.
Wrong orders, long wait time, etc. Typically due to this, I would generally rate a restaurant a 3 or lower stars if things were really bad. In this case l'm giving them a 5 stars because they are actually trying, they are friendly, they didn't take the usual
"desi shortcuts" with the ambiance/setup. Everything is clean and presentable. Be warned that the dining area is really crammed, as for the tables/chairs. As for the food, it's delicious based on what l've tried so far, see pics. I'm looking forward to trying other items over the next few visits. If you are coming in and you see they are busy (which they have been), be patient and allow them to work through the start up phase. Hopefully that will be quick and they can have a successful business for many years to come.

Finally a place with real chai and real street-food. Had to check this place out as I heard so much.

Make sure you get the Bihari kabob panini - the kabob is cooked perfectly with the right amount of smokiness and the chutney goes perfectly with it. The sandwich is well balanced, and a must.

Lacha paratha with malai and honey….was just melt in your mouth. Perfect paratha with crispy outside, flaky soft layers, and the malai with honey goes perfectly.

I had the madras filter coffee - and this just took me back to my grandma kitchen in India, strong bold coffee flavor with milk.

And let’s not forget the chai….many go for the saffron chai - but I am a realist, I went for the classic Karaak. This is real chai, this is what chai is suppose to taste like.

I will definitely comeback, and highly recommend this anyone that is looking for place with real authentic flavors that will take you back.

Great place for tea and snacks. We got Paratha with malai and honey, qeema paratha, aloo paratha, bihari panini (that was the best!). Karak chai and saffron chai were also great. We loved it and will be going back. It’s a new place so I would ask to give them some grace and be patient as it can get fairly crowded.

We hit an amazing new chai spot featuring a delightful Bihari beef kebab sandwich, where the sauce perfectly complemented the flavors. The crispy paratha paired well with the saffron chai, and the experience concluded with an exceptional gulab jamun cheesecake. We can’t wait to go back and try out other items from the menu. The service was awesome and quick for us even though they were very busy. So happy Naperville has a chai venue with great ambiance and food.

I wish I could give 🔟 Stars ✨.
From Bihari sandwich 🥪 to Safroon Chai, everything was top-notch. I must say Club Sandwich 🥪 is THE BEST in Illinois(2nd spot Goes to Karachi Dhaba). Masala Drink 🍺 reminds me of KarachiZ Street Limca Drink.

I Drove to Naperville from ORD, but Taste Compensate this 45+ minute drive.
Warning ⚠ food is HIGHLY ADDICTIVE. If the owner does not open another location near Ohare, then I am afraid that I HAVE TO search 🔎 a Condo in Naperville 🤣🤣......

Karachities/Pakistani/Desi MUST try Food there and Feel the awesome 👍 Vibe of this palace.

Ohh in Last, Malai Paratha iZzz 😘😘👏👏👌👌👍🇵🇰🇵🇰🇺🇲🇺🇲, No Words (PERIOD).

I went there with my girlfriends for lunch, one Pakistani, one Irish/Italian and one Polish. We all loved this place! We tried saffron chai and garlic fries, butter chicken and beef sandwich and 4 cheese paratha. Everything was fresh, nicely presented and sooo good. I am addicted to chai now and want to literally try everything on their menu. We will be back!

Today was my first time in this tea room. I ordered club sandwich, doodh patti and lachha paratha with malai. Everything was great and service was relatively quick. May be because it was lunch time. I highly recommend this place.

New chai spot in the Naperville area, good vibe, ambience, friendly and welcoming staff. We tried the Mumbai cutting chai pot, it was perfect - strong and authentic taste. As this is a new spot, expect waiting time. We arrived 10 mins before they open and there were almost 10 people already, staff was kind enough to let people in especially in this cold weather. We didn’t try any food but they have really good options. I would definitely be regular here and would try the other options - highly recommended. Ample parking spot also available.

Excellent new spot but avoid during peak hours. We waited for 45 min just for take out because lines were so long. Also no room to stand because all the seats were full. Despite that, the food was warm, tasty and filling.

A beautiful pakistani (karachi inspired) cafe with lots of aesthetic artwork & an extensive menu offering a variety of delicacies which can make it hard for one to choose what to get!

Their employees & family are really sweet. Yes, they've been really busy and it's not easy managing such a crowd but mA se they're giving it their all. This family alone is doing what so many others arent able to do in this era, which is taking a big risk. Congratulations to the team 💯

I've been here twice & I'd highly recommend their chicken club sandwhich, hot chocolate, karak chai (if you like strong coffee/chai) & i'd recommend their fries too. This place is convenient for me, so yes we'll be back 🤍

Another stop at Chai Ho Jai and it was a great experience. The paratas were absolutely amazing - freshly made and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a chill vibe that made me feel right at home. I couldn't get enough of their Electric fizz drink; it was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, definitely my thing. I highly recommend Chai Ho Jai for anyone looking for delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere!

Listen up folks! Here is what to expect, see pictures attached.

- These guys just opened up so expect long lines as they have limited staff and high demand at the moment
- Hot karak milk chai and very tasty paratha (buttery toasted flat bread) along with a whole host of items
- Limited seating area during evenings, naturally with the demand with folks coming here post dinner with friends and family. No outdoor seating
- Excellent decor and ambiance, they definitely invested in this

Overall, pleasant experience and fills the void of having a Qahwah house in South Naperville. They should consider reducing their menu items and focus on things people mainly come for. It just needs to be more like clockwork. We will definitely be visiting again and seeing how they progress!!
