AT&T Store

We were having difficulty accessing our account online to be able to pay our bill. After a half hour phone conversation with an associate at their help center, we were directed to go to the store as they couldn’t help over the phone.

Having had long, frustrating experiences with phone company stores before, I was kind of dreading the process. But Phillip greeted us cheerfully as soon as we walked in and was able to get everything transitioned to their updated system quickly and patiently. He answered all of our questions and we were in and out so fast! Thanks Phillip for making the whole thing so painless! We appreciate you!

Colby was excellent and very helpful when i visited Oct 6. I was traveling, my phone was starting to die, and I needed a replacement quick on a Friday night. Colby listened to what I asked for, asked a few follow up questions, and I was out the door in 15 minutes. I really appreciate the top-notch customer service and actually listening to what I said I was looking for, not dong a sales pitch for something else. Thank you Colby!

Marcus is a seasoned pro. It took me all day. Literally all day to get my life back from Xfinity, and Marcus patiently slogged through two hours of fighting those jerks to give me my 2 release PINs and my REAL account number; at the end of HIS day. Glad to be back with Ma Bell. For real.

I had such an amazing experience with this location. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the amazing customer service we received. I actually came into this store upset and flustered about a situation regarding my spouses phone after he had a car accident he was severely injured in. Hunter the assistant manager assisted us with the issue we were having. He was a real person with us who was so compassionate, caring, and took such great care of us. I went from being a verizon customer who walked into the store frustrated about my spouse’s AT&T account ready to close it and move him to verizon, to walking out as an AT&T customer (switched myself from Verizon) and opened a family account with AT&T. That takes some talent and excellent customer service, especially when I had my mind pretty set on closing the account. Someone give Hunter a pay raise and promotion. He went above and beyond. All of the staff there were so great. Exceptional customer service. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us, we are so grateful.

Colby was amazing. She stuck with the problem and got me back up and running. She was a delight to talk to while waiting for the processes to run on my phone.

Marcus is always been a great worker very helpful. He has great customer service very professional at his job too. He has been there for many years. The store always clean.

Went to the Cordata location today to trade in 3 phones. Marcus was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Walked out with better discounts, knowledge and very satisfied! Highly recommend this location and try to get Marcus to help you if you can!

The staff at this AT&T store is consistently excellent. I am not the most technologically savvy person. Everyone that I have interacted with at this store has been kind and patient. Today Colby helped me activate a replacement iPhone for my daughter. The whole process took over an hour.

Marcus definitely is the best associate and is extremely thorough and terrific. He definitely goes above and beyond. I will come back to him in the future.

I have been going this location for years now and have always been happy with my experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I have never had to wait long!

Update: Rafael was absolutely the most helpful associate I have ever dealt with and I have been with AT&T for over ten years. He went above and beyond to make sure that I left with everything I needed. This location is so lucky to have him on staff!!

This particular store (Meridian) was easy to find and clean, my CSR Brandon was extra helpful, got my accessories at a great price and the product speaks for itself…thanks Bellingham!

The store was really busy, but I didn't mind waiting because it was clear that each customer was getting the attention needed to answer questions and solve issues. Colby is friendly and knowledgeable and generally fantastic.

Marcus is very knowledgeable and professional and found the best plan for me..he even opened the door as I left and thanked me for coming in!

Popped by this evening needing some help with a new screen protector. The guy who helped me (my apologies, his name started with a V) was super fast and took care of it quickly. Enjoy visiting family in Canada soon.

When my mother and I went in to get new phones, Vishal was amazing. He walked us through the options and helped my mother pick out a phone that was something she was actually excited about. I have never had an experience at AT&T that was this positive, and I attribute most, if not all of that to Vishal’s professionalism and kindness.

Colby and Kameron was amazing and very helpful! Makes the process of updating phones so much easier and non-stressful!
