I worked with Jerad B.. He was very patient, professional, friendly, and willing to work within whatever limitations I had for time and other considerations.
I've never owned a Toyota before but always considered them to be among the top tier for good reliable vehicles.
I had other options but decided to stay local, normally I'm willing to go as far as out of state to get the deal I want.

My experiences with the staff and vehicles here were all positive (unlike some other Toyota I visited that shall not be named). Jerad seems like a solid employee and a good person, I hope you keep him on for as long as he wants to stay.

I normally can not stand any car buying experience because it feels like no one is genuine and they are just trying to get you out the door with the biggest commission possible and move on to the next sucker.

My option completely changed with Leyland. He was genuine, patient, honest and I was happy to spend my money at Toyota of Bellingham! The staff as a whole was also great and I never felt pressure, they help find me solutions with financing without it feeling like I was being taken advantage of!

10/10 and If anyone hints at buying a Toyota I’m gunna steer them right there!

My experience was good. Ashley was phenomenal. She was professional, kind, and fun to work with. She was straight with us and I appreciated that. I’m not a fan of car dealerships in general because I haven’t had the best experiences.. but Ashley at Bellingham Toyota changed that. Everyone we came in contact with was wonderful. Our experience at Toyota of Bellingham was fantastic! Alondra, our car sales person, was super helpful and patient, very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were buying. Carter in finance made the paperwork a breeze. The best part was meeting Rob and Richard, the General Managers and General Sales Managers, as they greeted us warmly and gave us an amazing deal on our new truck. Top-notch service all around, it was worth the 2-hour commute, and we will be back for our next car purchase in the future.

If your debating on buying a Toyota. Just do it!! Had my vehicle serviced today and from the minute I step out of my vehicle they were exceptional!!! Took my keys, held the door open for me, provided entertainment for little ones, offered free coffee. I let them know I had to leave by a certain time and sure enough they had my vehicle ready.

We just left with our new Tacoma lease - first lease! Jared was fantastic. He walked us through the entire process. He made sure we had choices and just let us make the best decision that was best for us. The team was very transparent. Everyone was so friendly, from sales, reception, finance, and the contract guys. You all have a great team and we look forward to building a lasting relationship with the dealership. Working with Brian Joseph was a breeze. We had called to search for a hard to find vehicle and Brian kept us in the loop and updated us at every chance he could. We were willing to wait until one was allocated to the dealership. Then it did! The sales manager took our trade at the price we asked and made the process straight forward and simple. Our experience at Toyota Bellingham was awesome! Lee provided top notch service and from the time I got there to the time I left, everyone made purchasing a vehicle seamless. They even bought me and my mom lunch and had it delivered while we waited for the car to be washed and they filled my SUV up with gas. All of these kind gestures made me happy to give them my business. 10 out of 10 recommend!

We’ve bought a couple vehicles from Toyota of Bellingham in the past, so naturally it was our first stop when searching for another vehicle. Ashley Greene greeted us and was extremely helpful. She made the car buying process enjoyable and fast. We appreciated her honesty and it was a positive experience. Great experience, Jared was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped my sister in law get her first car and even showed her good tips and tricks to look for when buying a car. He made us feel welcomed, answered all of our questions, and tried to get us as close to budget as possible. We recently bought a car at Toyota of Bellingham and could not be happier with the service we received. Lee Bannion spent nine hours with us patiently test driving several vehicles as we settled on the perfect one for us. He was respectful, helpful in explaining features of different models, and just pleasant to spend nine hours with!!

Andrey Levkiv, the sales manager, was very low key/ no pressure which is exactly what we wanted, and truly a pleasure. He went the extra mile to check a few things in the pipeline and find the model with the exact features we were hoping to find had become available when the customer who was planning to buy it that evening decided on another model. The financing team was great.

I purchased a used vehicle from them that was not Toyota. It ended up having some leak issues that only emerged when the rainy season arrived. The sales and service team worked together and went way out of their way to make sure everything was fixed and taken care of. They definitely earned my loyalty. I highly recommend them both for sales and service support!!

Came in to buy my first car and was matched up with one of the most charismatic and enjoyable people I’ve had the pleasure of working with, Wayne Dazey. Made the entire process super easy and stress free and couldn’t be more thankful for that. Jared and Sage were incredible and consistent! I got a decent amount for my trade! Jared went above and beyond making me feel secure with my purchase. Going right in my price range. And checking in on me. Definitely opened a bit too much of myself to these people, but they both were great and this is why I always go with Toyota because they always meet my needs. For sure confident that they put into a great car. I’ve a got a warranty and not to big of payment for to long.

Toyota of Bellingham is fantastic! Everyone is pleasant and helpful. We bought a rav4 and Jared was our point of contact! I will go no where else for our future vehicles. The financial person Jessica was also brilliant! They gave us only truthful and caring service! I had bad experiences at both Chevrolet and Hyundai. Thank you for really caring about our needs and being honest with us!

Fantastic service. Nick & Wyatt are awesome advisors! Both times I felt heard and that my concerns were taken seriously. Brought in a car that had some coolant issues and they helped me work through those with clear communication and timely answers. Nick even gave me a couple coupons to help with the cost.
