From the start, they were excellent at listening to what we wanted, then made their informed suggestions, and ultimately made sure our three computers, and two phones worked great.

As much as everyone relies on electronic devices, most might agree that things are wonderful when computers, phones and software work just fine, but when they don’t, the Geek Squad comes through with flying colors!

I have trusted my computers with the Geek Squad for many years, and will continue because they have earned it.

It's the best Best Buy I've ever gone to! Okay not really. I just thought the existing 2 star rating was too Harsh and sometimes Best Buy. Customers can be the worst people in the world.

My fiancé and I had purchased the new Galaxy S23 ultra and S23 plus, with screen protectors, and cases, the gentleman that helped us that week did great with install, but admitted that my screen protector had a small air bubble in it and if didn't smooth out by the next day we could come back and they would replace it for free, well 2 weeks later we came back due to our work schedule and Ona in the mobile department didn't question anything and replaced it perfectly she did an amazing job!!!! Thank you so much Ona!!!!

This place is awesome! I don't think I've ever seen such a massive selection of phones, tablets, fitness trackers, fridges, washers, dryers and everything!!And I was blown away at the computer section! It's hard to find a store that even sells desktop computers these days, but this place has a huge selection of not only desktops, but monitors of every size, even gaming mechanical keyboards, gaming laptops and at least 7 or 8 different kinds of computer microphones! It literally has everything you're going to want in electronics and more!

My computer was yelling bad things at me on reboot. Took it into GEEK desk this morning and they didn't have a standing appointment at that time. They fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. No cost and friendly! Thank you! I definitely was lucky on timing, too.

Great security to stop the people stealing items. Keep it up, we appreciate the effort. Other stores could follow the example.

I called the customer service at this location and was very pleased with the help I received from a representative named Andrea. My computer was failing to connect to wifi for mysterious reasons and Andrea very patiently took a lot of time to troubleshoot the problem and in the end Eureka! the problem was solved. I'm very appreciative of the quality of customer service here.

The customer service was great. I was going in to buy an Apple Watch . They took the time to explain everything. Then they looked for the best deal . They set it up and worked with me. Shout out to Christopher. He was stellar

Best Buy is my favorite place to go because it always has all the fun techie stuff that’s new to get your cell phone. You could get minutes for your cell phone you could pick up a new carrier or you could get a new printer you could get a new television you could get a whole new computer laptop keyboards all the accessories for Apple and all the name brands there’s so many different options you could even buy a car stereo there security cameras, doorbells everything that you need to make you feel comfortable and safe in your environment. I can even get sodas and snacks while there. The staff is always very knowledgeable and very willing to help. There’s always a tech on standby to take your phone calls to help walk you through any kind of problems.

I had some bad luck, and lost my old Sony Bluetooth Speaker. The Customer Service at this store is unbeatable. They listened to my problem and helped me to get my Sony Speaker replaced,...and at an affordable price !

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Waiting on my new camera and found out last time they have a 2 hour photography class for $50.

No direct phone number to reach the store everything is automated or routed to a call center. Which sucks but is to be expected this day and age. Short staffed recently yet more pushy with sales not what it used to be. Obviously Overworked and under appreciated staff. Hate that they push that stupid membership constantly. But some employees who have been there for years are knowledgeable. Like the auto techs they are amazing.

Pretty straightforward as far as Best Buy is concerned. Are used to work at one, so I have pretty high expectations. The employees are always great, and the customer service is exceptional. I never have any trouble finding anything when I do go in. Sometimes I find things I didn’t go in for, those are always exciting. Check the financing options for those big purchases, especially around the holiday season. And if you don’t want to go into the store order online for store pick up, it’s super easy.
