As a first time patient and customer I was unsure of what to expect when I walked in for my first pair of glasses but was so happy by the experience I had. My friend recommended this place to me and I’m happy she did. The owner treated me with such respect and kindness. I forget the woman’s name that greeted me but the frames she suggested exceeded my expectations and fit so well. I’ll def be recommending this place to family and friends. 10/10

So happy with my glasses! the selection was wonderful and the owners were compassionate and patient with me being that it was my first pair of glasses and I didn’t know what I actually needed or what look I wanted. I was very pleased withe the customer service! I have gotten so many compliments on them and I recommend this place for any and everyone looking for glasses.

The best optical store in West Orange. Augie the owner is an amazing person and extremely friendly, accommodating and very kind. I highly recommend this place. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Been using them for years....Augie and the gal (always forget her name) are just amazing! Always pick the right frames for me, friendly, and always willing to check something if need be. Would't go anyplace else for my glasses. To me they are #1

I have gotten my glasses here for years. I will not go to one of those discount places because of the follow up service i get from Vision World. What ever the issue, scratched lens, loose fit, etc they ALWAYS have taken care of it with no charge.
