In the store there was a very unruly customer who was yelling about a $10 coupon. The sales associates were fantastic handling the situation. They worked together to take care of everyone while dealing with a crazy woman.

Love the clothes for my wife. My "go to" for a gift and my wife. She loves anything I pick out for her here. Guys go here she will love it! Friendly staff, clean and pleasant atmosphere. BONUS; if you get their catalog in the mail there is usually a $20 off Coupon with a minimum purchase :)

I walked in to cash register to pick up an item, ignored by two sales people. Finally one sales person who was helping someone else, came to ask if I needed anything. The other two sales people never spoke. I wonder why? 👀👀

Very friendly associates. Cute boutique style store. Local, hard to find a BHWM around here. Four stars instead of five because they are very expensive. Will go back for a gift.

This was my third and last time I will ever attempt to shop here. The salespeople are always sitting around doing nothing and choose to only greet certain clients - as if they are trained to service a certain profile. 3 salespeople and not one picked up their head when I walked in (and it's not like the store is ever busy- no surprise there) I suppose I was dressed to casual? Plenty of other places to shop - if you are going to continue hiring people like this you should go out of business .

Customer service nightmare. We stopped at multiple locations in course of our holiday shopping spree- every time we were ignored by sales people who stood At counter talking amongst selves or staring at phones. Makes you feel unwelcome when coming to spend money $$$. When I walk into Louis Vuitton this is not the feeling I get. LV sales people make me want to hand all my money over with a smile (and we do). This terrible management issue must be impacting bottom line at WHB Market because we are so turned off walked out each time not giving them a dime.

Taking all this pandemic in consideration, not the service you expect in this location. Came here 10 minutes before closing just for a return and they would not allow me in saying that they close at 5:45pm When the hours of the store are written down right there at the door saying open until 6pm. What is the point of having a schedule saying that the hours are until 6pm if you’re going to close 15 minutes earlier.
