I drove from Harlem to have two pictures framed and I'm so glad I did. Angela was the sales associate/framer who helped me. She was an absolute sweetheart. Not only is she knowledgeable but she's patient and kind. This will be my go-to location for any framework needed from now on.

A nice store, a lot of resources to make any art craft, they have a selection of yarn for crochet, paints, acuarela, cavas, everything, I will come back soon

I like it there specially when I want to buy stuff for creativity and I find all I need there.

Love this art & craft store. I always find what I need and then a whole lot of what I didn't realize I needed until I saw it. It's more than just an arts & craft store,. This is a DIY (do it yourself) best friend, home decor/accessories. Every thing for party favors. Kids toys, games and yes lots of arts and crafts ideas.

Excellent service. Spotless location. Great workers handling things. Their kind and fair. I was found in the store 11 minutes passed closing and they still helped me finish and checked me out with a smile. Anyone who goes here call it home, Because it won't feel much different.

Surprised my daughter by taking her to Michael's for some new art supplies, and they surprised us with a free kid's holiday card craft event! The women who was working the craft table was great, she let us take home some tree stencils so we could use them to create more cards at home. She was super sweet (Thank you, again!).

The other times I have been here, the staff were always very knowledgeable and helpful.

Wanted to write this review to let the world know how amazing Miss Miriam’s customer service was. I walked in the store with no idea, no color scheme or anything for my DIY Christmas wreath, and Mariam helped me through the entire process. She took her time and didn’t rush me as I picked through different products and items to help my reef come to life. On top of that She also helped me find coupons that helped bring down the price and gave me tips on how to make an amazing reef. And she did all this while also helping other customers!

A little bit of supplies for all kinds of hobbies and crafts. Good pricing as well. Nice employees.

This store has a good quality products and great selections as well.

Great customer service & help me with customizing my picture boarder for 3 different pictures. The picture framing department did an outstanding job, took their time to help me organize the pictures so they can fix the picture frame, & was patience with me. Can't wait to get them so I can put them together and finish my product.

My family has never run out of supplies with Michaels near by. Prices are not the lowest but the store has a great stock of supplies. From painting to printing all the way to Seasonal HoHoHo they have it. $$ not bad but when you need you need.

I was trying to have a quick in-and-out trip. I know exactly what I wanted to look at, the jewelry section. I think I spent in total 15 to 20 minutes, with only five of those minutes in the checkout. I have the Michaels app on my phone so I have my account information and multiple vouchers and coupons in the palm of my hand, which made everything much quicker. The store is very clean oh, there was a worker who is continuously walking through the aisles and picking up things customers place down. The store was very quiet, extremely quiet, to the point that if anyone left or said anything a bit over whisper you could hear it from the other side of the store. Not a problem, just something I thought I would include LOL.

I always come here and when I say this place has the Best Service, I mean it! Lines are fast even when they’re long, Staff is always friendly and helpful. They always have what I’m looking for! They work hard to ensure all items are in stock. The other Micheals stores I’ve been to cannot compare to this. I wish they’d have more classes and activities for us artists.
