The Home Depot

Just a home depot. Was clean and organized. Went at like 10pm at night and just looked at appliances, tried to figure out which fridge was the best. The kitchen aid ones definitely had the best construction. Good form and function. Definitely comes at a premium price though

I recently visited this home Depot in Marlboro for a drainage project. Jim from the 7pm shift was incredibly helpful. He stopped to ask if I needed help and guided me to the right solution. I will be back to this store again!

When I walked into Home Depot I was greeted and helped by the sweetest, knowledgeable and helpful woman named Jerilyn. I was never expecting such vibrancy and care like I was helped by her. I knew Jerilyn loves her job and is just an all around amazing woman bc for her to go out of her way to help me so much, saved me so much time!! If there were a store full of helpful ppl like her everyone would be in and out bc I never get help and she just was truly a breath of fresh air!! Thank you again Jerilyn you really saved my day!!

OK!!! I'm going to brag.. after having 3 different plumbers here who could NOT put a cover on this pipe, I went to Home Depot to buy a rubber cap. As I stood in the aisle with no help, I walked towards the registers for help & a girl in training (Tina) was walking by & asked if she could help me! She found what I wanted, climbed a ladder & gave me the rubber cap I was looking for.
THANK YOU, TINA!!!
Came home, drilled a 1" hole in the cap & will now slip it on the pipe to keep the cold air out.

This place is amazing it's clean , the air conditioning actually works in the room , continental breakfast every morning, and if you need things for the room just ask and they get it for you.

I would like to say a lot of thanks to Marina Edwards for her incredible and professional work. She is working in Appliances department and gave the best advice to buy washer and dryer machines in a very productive way with all answers on my 100 questions. Also special thanks to Customer Service department, unfortunately I don't know her name, she was working in the evening August 11 2022. She was very helpful and smiling person! Thanks

Great store, has everything I always need. They need to open more checkout counters and not rely on the self check out counters. I usually find there are long lines when checking out.

If you have been to one you have been to them all. Almost everything I need is there. My last project from rock base to sand to pavers.

Very clean and people is so friendly and helpful.

Rina in the design department is absolutely amazing! She’s done such an amazing job on a kitchen remodel. She made what felt like a daunting task seem super simple. She’s so patient and personable.

Always a good experience in this store's location, which is what keeps me coming back. Associates who work there are always helpful and even go out their way to walk across the store to show the exact location of the item. They're also very knowledgeable, and in cases when they aren't available right away they politely apologize and spend as much time with a customer as needed once they become available.

The stars are for Aron at the paint section. HANDS DOWN the best employee in this home depot. He was super nice and very helpful. Unlike most employees today Aron was exceptional home depot is lucky to have him thank you so much. 😊

Great store in a good location close to a job I'm on I've been visiting the store a few times this past week location is great next to a job that I'm working on.

Recently bought a home in the neighborhood and have made multiple trips to this store. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly so far! Yesterday we evening we ordered tile for our master bathroom and Jeff went above and beyond to help us. The store was pretty busy with customers that needed assistance and Jeff was able to effortlessly juggle answering everyone's questions while still assisting us. Thanks again, Jeff!

Had exactly what was needed for this project. Everything was where it was supposed to be. Super simple home depot run this time.

Home Depot is a good home improvement store. They have most everything you need. I usually look things up online first and that way I can write down the aisle and location of the product so don't go crazy looking for it.

My experience was great. The salespeople were really friendly and very helpful especially when one salesperson gave my grandson a home depot apron and kit. He was so happy. I would definitely recommend Home Depot to anyone.

I purchased a snowblower, cab cadet brand, in October to get ready for the winter. I was replacing a 10 year old snowblower and decided to get a much bigger one. I was so excited to use it. A few days before an expected storm I started the blower up to make sure it was working. Within a couple of minutes it started smoking and believe it or not caught on fire. I was so upset. Thinking that Home Depot would not except the return since it was already January, I called cub cadet and they were not sure if it was still under warranty but that I should bring it to an authorized dealer for repair; Not helpful at all!! The closest one was in Jackson. About 45 minutes away from my home. I decided to give Home Depot a call. I purchased it online from the Marlboro store. The woman I got on the phone was amazing! She said bring it in and will take care of it. That certainly was the case! I bought the snow blower in, they drain the gas and I walked over to customer service and the experience was nothing short of incredible. From the customer service rep up to the manager, everyone was fantastic.They excepted the return and replaced it with an exact model, Assembled it for me and delivered it the next day! What a great experience from the customer service crew at this location. They really know how to treat the customer.

The store was well stocked. I couldn't locate an item and a clerk actually guided me to the item while following social distancing protocols.
I was able to get disinfectant spray.

Checkout was efficient and well managed. There was very little contact except for scanning the items. I would recommend this location.
