The counter people are very helpful they try to help you get your mail and packages out at the lease cost to the customer they seem to do everything they can to try and help

Stop complaining everyone. The people here are pleasant and it's a nice experience for a post office. No one likes the post office. Lines are never crazy if you go at the right times. I moved here from NY - most of the people complaining on here don't know what a truly bad post office experience is

It seems like people always have something negative to say about their local USPS, but I have to say, I’ve never received bad service here. Things have been lost, delayed, etc but if we look past the nature of human error, and at the fact that these guys try and resolve that, then it’s always been 5 star service. I can’t imagine the level of crazy these people deal with, so thanks for keeping your cool and doing your best to help us out :)

My grandmother visited yesterday, August 16th, Wednesday. The staff were polite and patient with her. They went out of their way to help her. I can't thank you all enough!

March blizzard. All business are closed... but not our postoffice. Just saw mailman in his little truck delivering mail as if nothing is happening. Great job guys, THANK YOU!

I recently started selling items online and I didn't know a lot about shipping costs and options. I brought a lengthy list of questions with me to the Manalapan Post Office, and an employee there very patiently answered all of my questions (luckily, there were no other customers around). I like that they have the self- serve shipping machine there with the scale so that I am able to weigh my items or ship them out all hours of the day and night.

I've been there multiple times and have always been treated well and the wait times are tolerable. Didn't experience anything or see anything that would rate a 1.
