Customer service here is great. The atmosphere is relaxed and upbeat. I have consistently had good experiences with a variety of staff members. They have all been knowledgeable and friendly. Actually, I’d say it’s one of the friendliest places in the area.
Their selection is also surprisingly extensive for their size. They always seem to have what you need. I guess they know what people tend to be looking for.
Their prices are also good, especially considering their rural location. For example, I found better prices here on ball jars than I found at Walmart, which was a real surprise.
They just seem like a fair and solid company. We’re lucky to have them in the area.

Hands down, amazing! I ran in five minutes before close, and needed paint mixed. We’ve been trying to finish up a long overdue project and were in the home stretch and we ran out of paint. I ran in to WW like a crazy person right when they were closing up. The paint store was already closed, lights off, system powered down, out of luck. When I told them what happened, the guy looked at me and said, let’s go. It didn’t take long, and he didn’t have to do it. But he did. And I am so appreciative. That is the epitome of small town service, and being a good neighbor. Most wouldn’t have done that, but he did and I’m grateful.

We love WW Building Supply. We get the wood pellets to heat our home there plus they have everything you need. The staff's top notch, always helpful and kind. I don't know what we would do without them. Keep up the good work!

Love this place. The staff is always friendly and they’re all pretty knowledgeable when it comes to things. If someone isn’t sure about something they’ll find someone that knows. They have most your needs and if there is something they don’t have they will look it and see if they can get it for you . Highly recommend going there and supporting the small local store !

Went in recently looking for ratchet straps with my young son. Adam was super helpful and made sure we found the right ones for the job. Excellent service! John at the register even gave my son a WW pencil, it made his day!

W and W is always so accommodating and super helpful. They are always willing to help and answer any questions. If they don’t know about a product they will find out for you or if you need a special order they are super helpful with that as well. Overall a great local hardware store to shop at!

I love this place. I worked down the road at a camp for a bunch of years and I was here at least 2 times a day for the duration of the summer. They have everything you could possibly need here. Don’t let the size fool you - they have everything you could get at a Home Depot only much friendlier and nicer. I wish they would have a WW in New Jersey!

Everyone is very helpful and kind. I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for and I got all the help I needed. I also find it helpful that they share new products online.

Well stocked supply store with all the hardware, tools, paint and lumber you might need. Not much in the way of power tools. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are fair if a touch on the high side compared to the big stores.

The staff was super friendly from the moment they answered the phone, to 3 different people offering to help me when I was walking around the store looking like I was lost. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Fantastic service and value. Staff is extremely helpful -- I really can't say enough about the service. Home Depot might be a tad cheaper, but could never get the expertise and assistance as you would in WW.

Excellent place to get cheap propane and friendly staff. For the most part there prices are okay. But if you need something in a pinch they got your back.

Got everything I needed for my projects and snow/ice needs. Everyone is and always has been super helpful and eager to assist, as well within a safe manner.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I love having it so close to our home so I can avoid Home Depot and Lowe’s.

9/10 for having what I need unless it is a specialty item. Also know what you need in back because there's just a point to where it is, if you can find someone and go get it yourself.

Always great service, and lots of stuff there to choose from to get what you need for your home or business.
