Oh my god. This place is absolutely phenomenal. I live in NYC where we have Michelin starred ramen shops and this ramen matches the quality of those places. I knew this place would be good but I wasn’t expecting it to be this amazing! The servers here are super friendly too! If you’re in the area do yourself a favor and stop here.

Looks like Google deleted all the old reviews and pics so here’s another. This place have the best ramen in New England. Very delicious ingredients and the broth is amazingly rich and flavourful. If you have a long drive they separate the broth so it is not overcooking the noodles which is great.

My family and I enjoyed BBQ from Nomad for our Christmas Eve dinner. Delicious, delicious, delicious! The mac n’ cheese, corn bread and fried pickles….holy smokes SO GOOD! Huge portions too! Nice guys, we’re looking forward to enjoying many more meals from them.

Spicy Garlic Ramen. Hands down the best Ramen I've ever tried...Actually, this may be the best DISH I've ever had. Completely blown away, delicious. We are from NW corner CT and I may have to make a special trip up just to come here again.

Absolutely incredible, love everything on the menu and the people are amazing. Love the workers they all kill it and never fail to impress, if youre unsure of where to go for food this is the place. Nomad is definitely a staple in my life. Love these guys

Some of the best ramen and steamed buns you can get anywhere. Owners are extremely nice and hospitable, and food is always stellar. Stop by!

Omg this food truck is sooooo good! 100/10! I got the pork belly and chicken avocado bun. I like the chicken one more I ate it so fast so I didn’t get to take a picture of it!! They also have a s’mores bun, everything is so good I’m crying tears of joy I was so hungry after snowboarding

Brandon and his team at Nomad Chefs recently catered our 160 person wedding. They overdelivered on service, taste and creativity. Let's just say no one went home hungry or unsatisfied! We chose the Argentinian grille (chicken, steak, shrimp & veggies) coupled with Bao buns, salads and sides. Brandon created a unique spread of appetizers for our guests and they're still raving about the lobster rolls! Highly recommend Brandon and his team.

What great food spot. I'm a sucker for a well-done authentic banh mi and boy did nomads deliver. We got the pork belly banh mi and it was wonderful. Reminded me of my food excursions in Boston. Also had a shiitake mushroom bun and a yuzu drink. Absolutely worth the visit!! If we're ever back in the area we'll visit.

Little would you knoe that there was outstanding gourmet Asian fusion in the parking lot of the River Valley Market. This truck puts out the best buns I have ever tasted. Soft, white, and pillowey, these clouds of deliciousness are smothered in different meats, veggies and a delicious japanese style spicy (very) mayo. I want to try every single bun variety! I had the BBQ chicken special and it was a fantastic combination of classic BBQ and Asian flavors.
The rice bowls are a mix of perfectly cooked mango jasmine rice with crisp veggies, fresh avacado and tender meat. Outstanding!

Legit some of the best food I’ve had. Everything was delicious. Great portion size and service, too!

We spend as much time as possible as long time homeowners in this area and I've enjoyed seeing this setup at River Valley Market grow. Nice new sign guys! First time I got the ramen this week (spicy level 4/5 for me, 0/5 for the wife) and we both absolutely loved it. Keep it up guys! Buns are just great too. Stop by and give these locals some business and you won't be sorry!

Best after ski snack ever. Everything is super homemade and delicious. Order anything on the menu but beware, the ramen can be a little greasy, still really good.
