The UPS Store

I've had a mailbox with this store for three years. As I moved to another state, or I will keep using their excellent service. The whole team is very awesome. Each time I went to the store, the staff greeted me and my family members. They are super nice, friendly, and always ready to help. After I left Colorado, I had several delayed packages delivered to my old address. They spent extra time taking care of the forwarding packages. Here I just want to say thank you to the whole team there. I also realized the owner of the store changed this year while their service is as great as previous. If they could read this, I also want to thank the previous staff - Adam and his team. The whole team makes me miss Colorado so much... So I would love to recommend this store to other customers who need UPS services.

The friendliest UPS I have been to. I needed some documents notarized and everyone was so helpful. I went to another UPS and they were not at all interested in helping me get my documents notarized.

Tori is an angel. Could not ask for better service and her and Annabelle are so nice. They practically saved my life. I would recommend this store to anybody looking for a place to return things to amazon or who just wants to enjoy a good customer service experience all around.

Absolutely, the best UPS store I have been too. I have been a customer now for 10+ yes and extremely happy with not just the box service but their package handling, shipping, etc. Top notch service even when there is a long line. Adam does a great job and has year after year.

I've been using this store for several years now and I've always had good experiences here. Friendly & helpful staff every time I visit. I had to call the store today in order to track down an older shipping tracking number for a return and the gentleman behind the phone was very professional & courteous throughout the call.

We’ve been to this location several
times. Whether it was to drop off Nespresso recycling or print something specific or send a package, the customer service provided by everyone here over the years has been good. Recently we experienced something exceptional. We needed passport photos and so we came here to find out if they could help. They said they do not provide that service at this location. So we let them know we would try the nearby Walgreens. The customer service agent was kind enough to let us know that the nearby Walgreens as well as some of their other locations in the area were all out of photo printing paper so they would not be able to help either. This information saved us valuable time. We were able to call and find out another UPS location in the neighborhood that could do passport photos. This second location helped us within minutes. In this day and age when many of us wonder if we will be met with kindness or rudeness when seeking a service, this young man’s demeanor and customer service came across as outstanding and time saving. Thank you UPS

Best customer service - always kind, efficient and gets your items were they have to go each time!

My Husband has been using this store for years now. He has a box there and receives most of his business packages there. Adam is fantastic and runs a great operation. If anything ever goes wrong he surely makes it right. Always great and helpful service.

This UPS store is managed very effectively by Nefra and Lew. Both are focused on clients' needs and they offer a good service to all. Thank you folks !

What a wonderful place! In a time where logistics and package drop off and delivery is offered everywhere i am always so pleased at receiving amazing high quality service at this location whenever i conduct my business. I always make a point to make an extra drive to head to this location...

Really appreciative of the help getting some passport forms notarized, return labels created and guidance as to best options. The manager, Aramie Yun, is extremely helpful.
