This Michaels is tucked away, but its employees were very helpful. We were greeted upon arrival, got help finding a frame for our needs and were quickly checked out. Great shopping experience with knowledgeable staff.

This store is well organized and well stocked. I often come here when the Tustin store doesn't have what I'm looking for. I usually do not have to wait too long to check out. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Katherine, in the framing department was very helpful, and kind. She helped us with 4 or 5 framing jobs, despite being shorthanded a super busy. We got good value here, and great service!

I'm an artist who loves doing it all! Michael's has everything I need to complete my jewelry projects, fluid acrylic painting, pencil sketching, resin art and who knows what.
I love shopping here. I'm familiar with the layout of the store, where to locate my favorites, and have caught myself helping customers with ideas and finding what they're looking for. All I need now is a red vest. 😃.

Clean and well stocked. This trip was about notebooks and tie-dye, both of which I was able to locate easily and offered plenty of selection.

Compare to Hobby Lobby, and Walmart, Michaels is the best place for silk flowers, especially, the roses and orchids. They look and feel so real but last forever. Of course, they cost a little more but if you watch for the coupons, it's not that bad.

Michael's is such an amazing store. Is for the art and crafts. Please support your local Michael's. It would be very sad to see this store go because of the crisis we're going through.
Prices are moderate/ high but most of the time one can work out an agreement ( you didn't hear that from me ;)

I just ran in with my wife for an item exchange. She purchased a picture frame that was the wrong size. The Michael's staff handled the exchange exceptionally well to include applying a coupon she used for the original purchase. In and out in no time.

One of my favorite places to visit. Weekends are busier than normal. And don't forget that they always really great sales and if you join their rewards club they always have coupons for loyal customers.

Use to work for them and still shop at their stores after all these years. Prices I feel are not always the best but I still come back to my local one. What they don't have other stores will have and cheaper, but for a brick and mortar store I'll keep coming back.

Considering I visited this store right before and right after Christmas, their inventory was very well stocked. They carry a variety of craft supplies, as well as materials for completing school assignments, such as science projects. Download or print a coupon from their website and get at least 40% off one item.

Michael's, the wife loves Michael's, and so does my son! Lot's of Art's and Craft's and Holiday merchandise. Great prices and coupon's, try to visit before peak times as lines can be up to 10 people, but the cashier's are always fast.
