AT&T Store

Angie help us with our phone upgrades and she is amazing. She has such a great personality and made everything so easy. They were so busy, only 2 people at the store and she was so patient and even had us laughing. She knows what she is doing, has great knowledge of everything in the store. Answer all of our questions and even help with more things that we expected. And to top it off she is pregnant and had the capacity to help with great attitude. 👍

I went in yesterday to get myself a new ipad and possibly an upgrade on my phone, my store rep Angie was AMAZING!!! she helped me find the best deals and made sure I was confident in my choices :) she is extremely personable! one of the best experiences i’ve had there! If you stop by make sure to request her !!!

Came in today to switch phone plans and get a new iPhone. Albert was on point and super helpful, i appreciate the patience. Thank you.

I came in to purchase a phone for a family member and they gave me an awesome deal. They weren’t pushy at all and even helped me qualify for new discounts. This will be my new regular store moving forward.

This is my favorite AT&T store. They always go out of their way to help and are always so fast and friendly. I have been doing business here for years and they never disappoint!

I recently went in to get a new phone and was helped by Giovanni. He was very attentive to my needs and was able to answer any questions i had. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend to ask for Giovanni

My device with dual SIMS and 2 numbers has always been an issue when trying to deal with any upgrades or changes. I was hesitant to even upgrade my device, but I decided to look into it anyway.

Jerry from the ORANGE CA location (Tustin Ave), was hands down the best rep I have ever worked with. My experience and transaction could not have been handled better. I don’t normally write reviews, but Jerry’s customer service performance deserves to be recognized. Outstanding job!

Azalae and Brett were great. An exceptional experience compared to the other AT&T store on Grand/17th in Santa Ana. From the time I walked into the door, the pleasant attitudes by Brett and Azalea were great. They processed my trade in, quickly and efficiently, with no problem. Explaining everything along the way. I never felt like I was getting “hussled” here, like I did at the other store. I not only was given good information, but it was correct information. The other store gave me incorrect info regarding my trade in, and told me to switch my SIM card from my old phone to my new phone. That was the wrong information. Come to this store, not only will you get friendly faces, but very knowledgeable staff as well.

This is my local at&t but I had the best possible experience at this location then any other phone provider i have used, thanks to Jessica. She is one of the kindest people I had the chance to meet and met my expectations as a customer and then some. I recommended asking for her if you need any help. Sweet kind and patient are just a few words I can use to describe her. Samuel was also a big help to me at a later date. Just wat to say cheers to the good people you having working at your location.

The store manager Karam was extremely helpful, while transferring my service to AT&T. He worked fast and diligently to complete the process! Highly recommend the workers at this location!

David was quick to welcome us to the store, and extremely knowledgeable about their products. In addition, he set us up with 2 new iPhones, and not older ones we were expecting to get! He is awesome, and I highly recommend him for your cellphone needs.
