AT&T Store

We didn’t have to wait.
We were treated exceptionally well by Vic, he was knowledgeable, patient, very easy to talk with and fun.
The store had in stock what other mobile companies didn't.
It was all easy breezy

I'm a new AT&T customer, so when my new phone unexpectedly broke, I came right back to the store for help. Zee was extremely helpful and friendly when it came to customer service. So much so that he had me back up and running the same day.

Let me start by saying I was having a HORRIBLE day. I was in the middle of moving and dropped my phone and completely destroyed it. Very stressful.

Came in today twice, I was super frustrated the second time because my new phone froze during iCloud backup. I spent a lot of time googling and trying to fix the issue on my own while moving furniture. It was horrible.

I was visibly annoyed when I returned and Johnny quickly put me at ease and calmed me down. He was SO patient with me and extremely knowledgeable. He told me to give him an hour and it would be ready. Came back and it was ready to go and I was out in just a minute.

Sometimes, on a stressful day, just a little excellent customer service can completely turn the day around. 😃

Sandy and zee were very helpful in helping me adjust my plan to add my bf onto my firstnet plan. They were friendly and efficient. My new homebase store.

Jesus continues to be a HUGE asset for ATT. 6 months ago he took the time to speak to me when no one, and I mean, NO ONE would when I was looking for a Small Business Rep. For this reason alone I handed him a 25 unit plus iPhone sale for my company. Ever since then he has continued to go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need, when I need it. Do whatever it takes to make him happy and keep him. People like Jesus are getting rarer by the day.

We have had outstanding customer service at the AT&T store in LaQuinta from Dom, Brandy and Jesus. They have helped us with our Google watches numerous times. I would highly recommend this store for it's excellent customer service.

Always great customer service! The past two times we have gone into the store to upgrade our phones, we have been taken care of by Zee & we couldn't be happier. He is an absolute delight! He is laidback and kind but always professional and answers all our questions patiently. The store is always clean and we're always taken care of quickly. We've had our account with AT&T since 2010 and do not intend on changing wireless services anytime soon - we're extremely happy with their coverage and their customer service is absolutely wonderful whether you go into the store or call their Customer Service Line. 100% recommend!

I came in to inquire about a phone for my mom and my son. Zee helped me and he was so quick at attending me and my mom. He answered all of our questions and explained how they had a deal, we were so happy with his attentiveness and we would definitely go back and do business with him!

Staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Had my data working again and I was out the door in ten minutes. This is one of the reasons I've been a customer for almost 25 years!

Adam Ex was the employee who assisted us. He has a great personality and was fun to work with. I recently upgraded 2 phones and he did so much in making it easy and finding a way around a few of those ridiculous fees that all mobile phone providers love to charge. I was with Verizon for years previously and never had this wonderful kind of customer service with them.

Despite coming on a busy weekend, he acknowledged us quickly to assure us he would help us as soon as he could. After a brief wait he got right to work with us and we added one new phone and line and upgraded another in about half an hour. All the while making us laugh and helping us enjoy our time there. He even spent extra time explaining the features of my nephew's phone to him and telling him additional info to help him enjoy his phone more. He definitely went above and beyond.

So, ask for Adam Ex whenever you go back here!

We initially visited the Indio store and had a bad experience with a rep named Juan. He was rude and condescending to my wife and me from the beginning. All we wanted was to upgrade my daughter's phone and purchase a few accessories, but it sounded like this guy was more after new activations and not About helping existing clients. We even witnessed him kick another customer out of the store, all because the poor lady asked him for help transferring her contacts onto her new phone. She requested to speak with a manager, and he claimed to be the manager and asked her to leave because apparently, they do not do transfers. Yikes! We ended up visiting the La Quinta location and worked with Zee. From the beginning, he rolled out the red carpet for my wife and me. Helped us with my daughter's upgrade and took the time to explain current promotions. We ended up adding a new line for my son and got an iPhone mini for 1 dollar monthly!!! He went above and beyond and got my wife 25% off our bill since we both serve in the military. If it was not for the excellent experience, we had with Zee. We probably would’ve ended up switching either to T-Mobile or Verizon. If you end up going to the La Quinta store, ask for Zee!

The store was super clean and the guy Azreal was helpful and was very smart. The manager Paris was super friendly and very attentive. The music playing was relaxing and put me into a vibe. This store was very fulfilling and i left extremely satisfied.

Tony the AT&T tech was a joy to work. He knows and answered all of our questions. Tony deserves a Gold medal and a raise. Tony quickly transferred our old cell phones to our new devices. AT&T..You have a great employee. I nominate him as employee of the year. Genevieve

We came to this location JENNIFER greeted us but unfortunately her customer service and knowledge need to improve she couldn't help on basic porting of a number to the At&t network but luckily MARC and JAVI they were pacient and courteous and they were able to fix the issue we had with our phone. Thank you so much!!

What a great experience we had at the store!
Christian was so helpful and courteous in helping us
reset our password for the IPad, it took a while because we couldn't remember
which one it was, each time you have to wait for it to reset.
Considering this was not a sale, he still was very professional, as seniors we are grateful
for his patience.
Next day, I called Salvador the manager to let him know how much we appreciated Christian's help in solving our problem, he thanked me for letting him know and said he would take him out to lunch!
We were happy to hear that!

The associate was so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. She worked quickly and still took the time to answer any questions we had. Best experience at a service provider ever!

My iPad was not connecting to the AT&T network. Julie at the store put a new sim card in and got me up and running again in 5 minutes! Great customer service at this store!
