My car broke down due to the battery ,I stopped at this store for help and that was the best decision I made.The young lady in the front talked to me respectfully and was very professional. An issue arised, she call the manager Ms Sissy and ,I was extremely surprised to see the level of customer service she provided me.She has knowledge and she is happily working. I am very satisfied.

Corey was very helpful every time I come to auto zone. He stop what he doing in take care of me I go to 3804 store because I know I will get take care of

Christian C. Is the best in costumer service skill. Other places I go(advanced auto parts), never a treatment like his. He so kind and patient, and make sure you satisfied with what you’re looking for. Like I said he is the best.

Came into today for multiple parts. Wallace went and grabbed every single item for me, he informed me of the oil change bundle and talked me through selecting a good battery. Wallace explained everything he was doing and searching up, he didn’t rush me and answered every question I had. Great employee. He even helped me carry everything out to my car. Great employee I wish more people were like him in south Florida it’s hard to find people who give good customer service but he was great. 10/10

Mr Pedro customer service was superb. He went over and beyond his duty to assist me. He was also was knowledgeable of the products needed to service my vehicle.

I needed a new car battery, and auto zone was the place I was told to go to. I brought the battery, one of the employees Wallace volunteered to install it for me. He was very helpful, friendly, engaging while installing it he also explained some things I needed to know about my car battery. He went above and beyond in doing his job. I was very grateful for his help, if I could give him 10 stars I would⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience with Wallace was amazing! I had a burnt relay that he told me about! I went to advance auto part and they completely brushed me off, came to autozone and for the help I needed from Wallace! Very well educated on auto parts and is a very friendly person, made my day a lot better and thank to him I have a functioning car!

Sissy was a great help. She went outside with me in the rain to run a diagnostic test on my vehicle to figure out the problem. Once completed she was able to get the correct part for me to purchase. Thank you again Sissy

I visited your Opa Locka store today and was impressed with the excellent service provided by Lamisea Baker. She was polite, patient, knowledgeable and had a willing spirit to go the other extra mile in providing excellent service. She assisted a Spanish speaking woman also and her communication without speaking a word in Spanish is commendable. I would have given her more stars because she exemplifies how all employees should treat customers and people in general. Truly an asset to your company. The store is always neat and organized. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Walter has especially been helpful to me and my family. This is the only place we go.

Car's Check Engine light came in so went to AZ to have the code read. The Associate, Kalel Evans, was nice enough to use the scanner and read the code. He then gave me a print out of the issue. Was so helpful and professional. Thank you.
