My screen shattered on my phone so I went to go about getting it fixed, and Ryan went above and beyond to help me get a new phone! I wasn't even there as long as I had planned on being. He helped me get my phone set up, and got me everything i needed! Great customer service! Nice and clean store.

Broke my phone and had to go in on a Sunday afternoon to replace it. Ryan was absolutely fantastic. Got me everything I needed quickly and got my information switched over with no issues except for trying to figure out how to get into my busted phone. I was in and out in no time and he didn't try to push a bunch of stuff on me that I didn't want. Kudos to him. Thanks!!

Heather is AMAZING!!!! I was at work phone broke. I called up there wanting some intel was thinking about changing carriers so I needed a new phone in my line of work. I have to have a phone but I was still on the clock so Heather went above and beyond. Got everything set up for me that contract ready to rock so when I got off work all I had to do was pick up my phone sign some papers, she made life so easy I’ve never experienced such courteous service and thoughtful service especially from a phone company She is the only reason why I signed up for Verizon phenomenal service. Great attitude, the whole, and she went above and beyond. As long as Verizon keeps the sales person like her. I’ll stay a steady customer Heather’s phenom. So, if you ever go to that Verizon store, ask for her, she will get you taken care of

I've had quite a few issues lately with my devices, and Heather in Exmore, VA was the absolute best Verizon rep I have ever dealt with. I have had many encounters, and she is heads and shoulders above anyone that has helped me before. You should consider yourself lucky to have her. 10 stars!! Give that lady a big raise!

Great experience at the exmore verizon! Walked in needed an ipad for another employee in my company. Heather was able to walk me through the process and find enough savings to upgrade my phone and another older ipad this allowed me to stay on track with the business, the whole process was professional and efficient.

Today my visit at the store with Ryan was very good. He was very helpful. And Ray was very helpful and listened and had patience with setting up my tablet.

Heather is wonderful. Explained the new promotion to me and my husband. We ended up getting 2 s24Samsung Ulta. Excellent employee.

Heather pulled off a miracle! Out-of-town, my phone started fluttering. I needed a quick and immediate replacement. HEATHER had the phone I needed, handled the paperwork, transferred the data and pics from the crashing phone to the new phone quickly and perfectly!
