Great folks! Bought my Gravely and a pile of Stihl equipment here - after sales service is as good as the buying experience. Smyder's is always accommodating and helpful.

the person at counter could not have been more helpful - he was incredibly kind to me and I truly appreciated it! I did not get his name but I won't forget him.

I never have a problem when I go there, I dropped off my Smita mower and no call me when it's ready to be picked up

Told the salesman we were ready to buy and he decided to wait on several other customers while we waited for 30 minutes. We left. Same deals at other dealers in Lake City and Trenton.

Just wanted to share the experience we had at Smyder one day. We were looking to purchase a Gravely mower from Smyder for our land. When we walked in we were greeted with a nasty salesman who looked down on us because of our age. We were 27 and 28 years old. We both had excellent jobs. I worked at the hospital monitoring brain activity and my husband worked for an engineering company. We had a credit score over 800. We both were prior military and i was actually still not out of the military yet (Reserves). Not to mention being a college graduate. The salesman was super rude to us and wouldn't answer our questions. He acted as though we were wasting his time. It was quit disturbing actually. So, we took our business else where. We went up the road and financed a $10,000.00 mower from Hustler and have been super happy with our purchase. Beware of this Gravely dealer. If the salesman judges you because of your age or whatever superficial judgement he puts on you when you walk in the door, then you wont get treated with respect as a customer no matter how many credentials you have. The whole situation was disgusting.

I want to tell you the owner is snotty arrogant and doesn't know what the hell he's talking about and also the people behind the counter a very similar they do the job half heartedly and when the thing that you brought it in for is still long they tell you you're out of luck go somewhere else apparently he has enough business so he probably won't care but now there's about six of us that will never bring anything to him ever again
