The best service I have EVER received at a phone carrier store. Travis, the manager, helped me transfer my carrier service from ATT to Verizon as well as adding a screen protector to my phone. He not only helped us get everything transferred over, but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND with assisting me. He is truly a gem and was wonderful to work with!

I have met with Mr Travis before and came back to purchase. He took the time and patience with me. and explained every option to me. I walked out if the store very happy and relieved that We had made the right choice. . Thanky you Travis. I've made a friend.

I went to the goochland store because I was having problems with my phone. Janon was so helpful and fixed everything plus more. He has exceptional customer service and needs to rewarded for his hard work. I recently switch over to Verizon and I couldn’t be more happier. I will drive to the Goochland any day just to receive that amazing customer service.

Best experience I have ever had at a Verizon location. I took my 80 year old grandmother who doesn’t understand much about phones. Travis was very patient and made sure she understood everything that was going on. Travis made sure that she even knew how to work the phone before she left. She now has an iPhone so she can FaceTime all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. I will definitely be returning with any of my needs. Thank you so much Travis!

I had an issue with my new iPhone getting data pulled from my old phone. Tami, Tonia, and Tommy spent five hours plus helping me with the issue. They were kind and courteous even though it was wearing us all down. I highly recommend this store and the sales staff at this location. I would give them ten stars 😊

Overall great experience. Top notch customer service from Anthony and Travis. I went in with a broken phone screen, phone works… it’s just ugly. I wasn’t too sure what my next phone should be or what it would cost me.They offered solutions that made sense, I know where I’m shopping when I’m ready.

Outstanding customer service! Travis went out the way assisting with port/transfer issues. Though the issue wasn't the Verizon store, Travis was able to get it resolved as well as Anthony.

Love this location. The young lady named Tonia has been such a great asset to the company. She’s one of the reps that makes sure that we as customers have a complete understanding of how devices will work and is always there if you need a helping hand. I will continue to recommend her and this location to all my family and friends. Over the past year she has been the only constant person that is there and I have seen quite a few different faces over the last year. Roxie was fantastic and helping me get my phone set up with a new piece of tempered glass. She was patient and made sure there was not a speck of dust on the unit. I really appreciate that level of customer service.
