I stopped at this Target on the way to a training event. There was plenty of parking.
The store was very clean and diverse.
One of the customer service reps stopped to help me find an item, she stopped what she was doing to point me into the right direction. Then went back to area to continue helping her customer.
When I'm in the area, I would visit again.

Really happy about the service I received here on 12/23 at 7am. Everyone was nice and helpful. I couldn’t remember the lady who helped me with my pickup order in electronics today, but she had the absolute best service.

The young man Alex at customer service was extremely helpful and polite. I had several things I was returning for store credit and I knew if I were him it'd be the last thing I wanted to do before shutting down CS for the day but he never let on and handled himself professionally and was very courteous. We need more Alex's in situations where customers require service. Too many places have forgotten that they need us more than we need them. Thank you Alex! Keep on keepin on

It's one of the nicer Targets in the area; well stocked and maintained, very good selection of clothing, housewares and related.

Personnel and staff are critical to the life of you business!! Team Lead Babi is an absolute Rock Star and truly made my shopping experience amazing! I was simply looking for some shorts to workout in, and she gave me the full "Red Carpet" experience. Even in 2023, it truly matters how you treat people, it goes a long way. As a person from Louisiana, this NOW officially My favorite store because of her! Thank you Again Babi!

I live 3 mins away from this Target and have been going here for the past 11 years. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. The customer service is almost always amazing- their demeanor is always kind and cheery.

Mind you, most people only leave reviews when they have a bad experience. I’ve gone to this Target for 11yrs and have had no problems.

Customer Service: got myself into quite a conundrum with my payment in self checkout. It was late, I had tried several options and I was sweating. Unfortunately, my deodorant was in the bag that I was trying to complete the purchase for 😅. Anissa went above and beyond to help me complete the purchase. She was kind and friendly and bubbly while being efficient and knowledgeable. At 10pm no less! Without her, i would have wasted my time and Target would have lost a sale. Thank you Anissa, you made my night!!

Because even in the height of an impending storm with the store receiving approx 300 orders per hour, the employees still maintained a positive attitude and served the customers with a smile. I waited 45 minutes for my curbside order to come out but I still give a 10 because it wasn't the store employees' fault that all of those orders came in. I'm very happy with how they handled it. Awesome store!

Purchased exactly what I wanted as gifts plus I had Target Circle savings, which is awesome! No issues checking out! Love shopping at Target.

Target is always clean and a lovely shopping experience. On this particular day Anissa went out of her way to make my day. She is bright and kind. Definitely hold on to her. Thank you again Anissa... kind words can go a long way!

By far the quickest and easiest drive up order pickup experience I've ever had. I received the notification that my order was ready within an hour. Drove up to the store and the app automatically recognized it plus apparently notified the staff, because it wasn't 2 minutes later the associate showed up. I didn't even need to roll down the window- just show the code on my phone to the associate through the window, open the trunk for her to put the bags and off we went! A true contact-less transaction, which is much appreciated during these COVID times. I am extremely impressed.

ANNISA IS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL! I was shopping at this location a few weeks ago and was having difficulty getting my payment to go through. It was my husband's birthday and I was running extremely late, this situation sent me into a minor panic. Annisa noticed that I was having a hard time and immediately came over to assist. Little did she know that she was signing up to take part in the longest 5 item transaction in the history of target. She did everything she could to help calm me down and she even went the extra mile to help me navigate through my apps since I am not tech savvy at all and ultimately be able to pay for my items. (2 hours later) oh and she even stayed after her shift to make sure i got everything taken care of! I wish all store associates that i encountered had her level of wonderful customer service, dedication and overall patience and kindness. If target offers awards or bonuses for exceptional employees I HIGHLY recommend that she be considered for one! 🎯

It took too long, I understand there are multiple people ordering online but I wish they gave an estimate on what time the purchase was going to be ready for pickup. I went back and forth waiting for the items to be ready to pick up when i could have gotten the items myself in the store.
other than that the store itself is great! its clean and really organized, this would be my favorite target in Woodbridge, not sure if i would do online pick up again though.

I come to this target way more than I would care to admit and almost every time I check out I see the girl with curly hair and earplugs. She is infectiously kind and happy! I’ve seen her interact not o Lu with myself, but with other shoppers and it is consistently positive. I wish I had gotten her name for this post, but something tells me y’all will know exactly who I’m talking about. Promote that girl nowwww!

Large, clean, staffed and we'll run Target. The on line ordering and pick up is smooth.

Came out here today to pickup my order. The first cashier at customer service didn’t even want to double check to see what happened to my order I placed a week ago. Christine happen to walk by and she asked her for assistance because I kept insisting that she needed to check what’s going on. Christine stopped what she was doing and manage to fix my situation without hesitation. Thank you so much for your great customer service.
