I've had a great experience here each time. We go here regularly cause my Autistic son loves chicken nuggets 🥰 We usually park and do mobile pickup. They usually come out within 10min and unlike many other McDonald's here we haven't had many errors. Maybe once or twice they forget a large fry or something, we go in and get it not a big deal, it happens ❤Staff has always been kind and friendly! Highly recommend! Also their ice cream is never broken 😁

The employees gave me a delicious ice creme cone, while husband had burger fries and a coke. Masks were used by all employees and most customers.

Aiden was my cashier. He greeted me with a smile. He was very patient and friendly. A guy was assisting him, too. The atmosphere was delightful. My food was hot and delicious. It was a pleasant experience!

Placed a mobile order for counter pickup. I believe it was the manager that acknowledged me and bagged up my order. He was very pleasant and my breakfast bagel was delicious!

$1 coffee before 11 am is the way to start your day

McDonald's food isn't 5 stars but it's there when you need it and you need some fuel for cheap, and honestly it tastes pretty good for a place like that. The service was definitely ehh but I can't really blame em, I came pretty late. Atmosphere is nice because everyone's chillin.

The ONLY good McDonald's in northern Virginia. The manager is someone I've seen working for this franchise for ages. Jason, the G.M. is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met, and I usually don't like anyone.....ever..... Check my other reviews, you will see what I mean. Even before Jason this place has been great since the 80s. It's the Franchise I'm guessing. Hiring practices? Doing real reference checks? I'm not sure, but it's working. I do miss Michelle, though. A very cranky woman you hated to love.

The store is very clean. The employees very helpful and my latte was fabulous with Carmel and chocolate drizzle. Plus I always check the bathroom, clean. 👍

Very clean (including the men's restroom). My order was prepared correctly and was served quickly, and it was still hot. Everyone was friendly and seemed to be having a good time, even though it was lunchtime and it was busy.

Fast service , hot food, no issues, 1st time visit tho.

The best McDonald's I've ever visited. Floor wasn't sticky or slimy. The food was good (ordered breakfast). The customer service was excellent! Every staff member was working and helpful.

Stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast with my boyfriend. We were driving from Maryland to Virginia and this was on our way. I have to say, some of the BEST McDonald's service I've ever had. We went inside to order, as my boyfriend is hard of hearing and it is easier for us to order inside than the drive through. The two men working were extremely kind and as soon as I ordered, in about 10 seconds, my order was ready! I was astounded at such fast service! Wish I lived closer so I could go here more.

The food was gross and not cooked all the way but the service was great. I forgot to buy a drink and they gave me it for free

The generosity of this store is amazing. I walked in and noticed that a plague worth of flies were surrounding and eating the fries and open burgers in the back and then I realized that McDonalds is feeding the poor and homeless. That’s why the prices are going up, they have to save enough capital to feed the flies and we’re lucky enough to get those very leftovers. McDonald’s truly is doing the lords work. Not to mention the friendly staff! I waited 20 minutes to pick up my door dash order and the cashier and expo crew members looked me dead in my eyes and ignored me. Turns out my food was ready before I walked in, the awesome crew of McDonald’s were simply using telepathy to tell me it’s ready. Unfortunately I’m not a telepath like the rest of this super crew so it took another 20 minutes for them to ask me “If I needed any help?” WOW. Just amazing service. It only took 40 minutes to get acknowledged! Normally in other non telepathic stores it takes hours! Gotta love the quick and speedy service of this store!

Also they give free cheese slices! All you have to do is tell them NO CHEESE and BAM you got a free cheese slice. I’m Lactose Intolerant so I really appreciate them helping train my body to tolerate cheese! Awesome store 10/10!!

Entire staff is professional and well disciplined. Manager trains his employees well. The store is ALWAYS clean, and the manager shows for excellent customer service.

The touch screen is cool, the decor and layout are the future and the staff was out there(even heard the manager telling every great job!)...

...what I would like to see is a walk through (inside, in lieu playgrounds) for infants, toddlers, kids...

...the idea being they can go down an individual path (?enclosed, i.e. bubble?) with interactive activities (brain games, colors and music, shapes, etc)...

...ending with a touch screen (happy meal box shape) where they pick their meals & with parents having override...
