The UPS Store

I am shocked to read the negative comments on this site. I pass two post offices and several UPS drop off sites to go to this particular UPS store. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. My packages have always arrived when projected and often before. Larger packages are by far much cheaper than when sent through USPS. My personal thank you to those working at this store. It is often extremely busy, but the employees do their best to be quick. I prefer efficient and polite...I am never disappointment

Everyone that works here is friendly and cordial. They are attentive and tolerant. They do get busy but that is the nature of the beast. These type of businesses have their peak times and others should plan around those times or deal with the expected wait times. Common sense. Happy to be a customer of this location.

I've returned numerous Amazon packages at this facility and have always found them to be expeditious and efficient - it's my go-to UPS Store. Super easy and quick.

My dad and I had to mail out an important package on a deadline. Gino was patient with us and helped us get the best deal he could so the package will arrive on time. Speedy and great customer service and I 100% recommend them.

The service is always great. The woman I had is so friendly.

I've been in here several times now to both mail packages and to drop off Amazon returns. There were a couple times it was very busy. Staff were courteous and attentive every time I've been in. That is a tough job in a small space, I'm thankful for the work they are doing.

Always get you in and out rather quickly. Very efficient and nice. Thank you.

Joe was very helpful! He helped me send off my package as well as gave me info for the printing they I needed for my business! Plus the pricing to send goods wasnt too expensive. Look forward to working with Bill for the printing services will add to this after that experience too!

Even though the store was closing for the day, when we went to the door to ask a question as door was being locked- the gentleman took our USPS package return for an eBay item.

I found that type of service to be exceptional and profound.

Some unfair reviews on here, I have been going here for years and never have had bad service. When it busy it is busy and rules are rules. Patients is something customers seem never to have these days and everyone feels entitled. I have had some of the same things said to me and guess what I understand why.......The employees have always been there and helped in anyway they could. Thank you again for everything!!!!!

I had issues with the Inverness location (they are RUDE and TERRIBLE!!), but this location was so kind and helpful! I had a delivery issue and I'm not sure who I spoke with earlier, but he was so kind and helpful. He could tell I was frustrated and he helped me with my issue and had it resolved in no time. I would definitely recommend this location over the one in Inverness.

I've been there about 20 times and the service has always been great. It's odd that this place has so many bad reviews. Sometimes there's a long line and they may get stressed out with all the impatient people, but the service has always been great.

I think this store has been getting unfair reviews. They are fine people, always willing to help. Perhaps it was the rush of the holiday season that made people more stressed than usual.

My mom went and was shocked to hear these negative reviews since she received great customer service sending my books back to college. Very smooth experience Will use this location again.

Staff was pleasant and efficient. I was in there 5 minutes for a Comcast equipment return. No complaints!

Nothing but a very positive experience in this UPS store…staff always courteous & efficient.

Of all the copy stores out there, this one has a "we can do that" attitude, and they deliver good quality copies and prints on time.
