Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

Heather B. was very helpful and professional in making suggestions and selling me the right equipment for my pool, she answered all my questions(I had a lot).(thank you) Their technician Paul was very efficient and capable on the install of the equipment, he arrived on time and went to work, again I had questions, he had all the answers. The job was done in no time, and very well! Just wanted to thank them for the great work! Location of business was 4049 N Lecanto Hwy Beverly Hills Fl.

Super happy with the entire staff. Jim came out for an estimate and spent a lot of time going over our options. Heather was my contact person for scheduling and questions. She was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Ce Ce was also very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up having a new Heatpump and all new plumbing installed. We chose to upgrade to an automated system. It was discovered that water had leaked into spa light and ruined it so we replaced that. Paul and Tim did the installation of everything and did a fantastic job! Scott totally changed the way our original plumbing was done. Pool runs just like new and issues with water from the spa leaking into the pool were corrected. Love the automated system!

Heather in service did a very nice job diagnosing/coaching us through our air leak issue. Upon hearing my description and seeing the pics I sent, she was able to set up a plan for service the next day. Tim was able to get right to repairing the issue as if he knew what to do before even arriving at the job! Very nice job by the whole team!

This is a very friendly store with knowledgeable employees. They are very helpful every time. No one seems to be having a bad day there. Unlike the Inverness store. We travel an extra 9 miles to shop here because in Inverness they are rude and make you feel you are bothering them. Not all are like that but the ones that are make me cringe.

We had Mikaela as our pool servicer and when she moved on to another career, we met Mattthew. Matthew is now our pool servicer from the Beverly Hills store. He had big shoes to fill with Mikaela gone, but he had exceeded our expectations! He is always on time, and is respectful of our space and time. He does a very thorough job while have a personable conversation. We just love his professionalism and dedication to keeping our pool chemicals up to date and pool clean. His dedication can be seen through his level of professionalism and his knowledge about pool management. Way to go Matthew at Pinch a Penny, keep up the great work!

We needed to have a new filter put in for our pool. After speaking with Heather, who guided us with what we needed, we purchased it and set a date for installation. 4 days later Cliff came out to do the job. He is extremely knowledgeable, very polite and conscientious about the job he does. Perfect.------ UPDATE **** 02/06/2024.... I had a problem with my 1 year old pump and called Heather to see if the problem could be under warranty. She was able to get the part replaced under warranty and sent Paul which is one of their Techs out to replace it. Paul and Heather are both very knowledgeable, polite , conscientious and a definite asset to their company. Paul replaced the defective part and was tested good. Both Heather and Paul went above and beyond to correct my problem. I would give them 10 stars if I could ! Extremely satisfied !

This Pinch A Penny really works to be a full-service store. They have a wonderful family-like staff that handles pool issues. Heather is great at communication when she discusses the work to be done. Paul and Tom are very detailed and instill confidence in work that they do. We are so happy to have found you. Cece handles all of our needs in the store. Owner Jim has a very friendly personality and has a great group.

Big shout out to the team in this store an a special shout out to Heather for helping me with my pool. I started a month ago and my pool was black as of today my pool is good to go. Just had new valves installed by Paul. He did a great job. The workmanship is awesome, I am proud to show it off! Always have great service here. I'm a dyi, and they know their stuff (especially CC, I think she knows almost everything about pools) and help me to do a lot of things myself.

A wonderful exlerience working with Heather and the repair team... my pump went bad just before a planned overseas trip... Murphy's law strikes again... Heather worked with me to schedule pump installation and setup while away and scheduled follow up meeting to ensure I was satisfied... not sure who performed pump installatin, but it was well done. Paul came back for follow up and ensured my satisfaction,. While at my home, also repaired a wiring issue on my pool solar system... very happy everything is working properly... Well done!

We needed some plumbing replaced. Heather worked up a reasonable quote and Paul did a great job with the installation.
I would highly recommend these folks for your pool needs.

We've dealt with just about everyone in the store and each time our visit is pleasant. A special shout out to Heather, Mckayla and Levi for the feedback on our water tests and helping us solve issues with our pool. They are always friendly and personable. (Leo appreciates them too!)

We just moved to the area, had two pool services that didn't work out for us, called pinch a penny and had a little wait while Jim was on vacation - but it was well worth the wait! Kind, professional and definitely knew everything about pools. Everyone I spoke to on the phone (Krista, Michaela - sorry if I misspelled your names) were extremely pleasant and accommodating as well. Price was very reasonable, we can't wait to start weekly service! Thank you so much Jim and Pinch a Penny for helping us take the best care of our pool! We really appreciate it.

The people who work at this Pinch A Penny are extremely nice! Jim the owner , Heather the manager and everyone that works there are top notch! I had to have my lines blown out as leaves got stuck in the pipes and the two gentlemen who came out were also very professional and nice. My lines were very stubborn with leaves getting caught in the elbow part of the pipes and they worked on it for quite a while until they got all the debris out of pipes and lines. They told me that my pump was about to die and we talked about new pumps etc. I knew my pump was getting ready to quit because it is SOOOOOO LOUD! Will be putting a new quiet pump in with the sale they are having. I inherited a pool guy when I bought this house but if his prices go up will be switching to their service for my pool. I highly recommend this pinch a penny!

I previously used another pool company in the area and was so dissatisfied with the service, lack of knowledge, etc. I switched to Pinch A Penny in Beverly Hills, Florida. What a difference!!!! When I met Jim, I was so impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and understanding of my pool and equipment. Tony services our pool and is professional, dedicated, knowledgeable and listens to and answers any questions we might have. Heather is amazing, pleasant and helpful, as well. I am so pleased with everyone at this store, including Christa and Makayla (sp?). With the world so unsettling today, it is refreshing to find a service company who cares!!!! Keep up the good work everyone! You are appreciated!!!!!!!! My pool has never looked so good!!!!

The pool filter replacement was done very professional. Excellent work. Paul, the service man was excellent in his overall performance. GREAT JOB!!!!

Pool pump quit with no warning. Called Pinch A Penny in Beverly Hills who had new pump installed within 2.5 days. Great folks to work with . Cliff did an amazing job on the installation. Heather and her service team were outstanding to do business with.

Paul, the technician, did a great job installing my system that regulates my salt and chlorine levels. Nice guy! The service is always good with everyone in the shop/store.
