The Home Depot

I always go to this store. I get most of my garden's supplies there and most of the plantas are healthy. My plants are blooming perfectly.

The Home Depot in Miramar doing a great job on keeping the shelves full of merchandise.
And the check out is relatively quick as well.

They were excellent at lumber. Specially Mr Gerald. He was really helpful with the type of wood I could use and the cut measurements I needed. Wonderful customer service!

The store is great except for Willy in plumbing. Always unhelpful and seems to have an attitude anytime you ask for a product in the plumbing section

I had the best associate help yesterday at this home depot. His name is James Lee. He was very knowledgeable and highly helpful. I don't know much about home improvements but wanted to start getting my own little supplies just in case I ever need them. And he was helpful enough to show me and teach me the ins and outs of which tools to get. I even came out with more than I went in there to get because of his help. He was also so courteous to other customers who needed help while he was helping me. I did not mind waiting until he was finished. I honestly have never gotten this much knowledge and help from any associate in any stores I've been to. Thank you James and see you again.

Ivette was absolutely amazing. Not only did she go above and beyond to provide an excellent costumer service experience but she never failed to brighten my day. Her charisma and charm is like no other. She made you feel like you were getting advice from products from a friend.

Good afternoon everyone this is Jason Read your local area expert Realtor. Recently, I needed to purchase some materials for a for my upcoming listing, so I headed to my local Home Depot store. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly associate who asked if I needed any help. I told her what I was looking for, and she quickly guided me to the right aisle where I could find the materials I needed.

Once I found the materials, I noticed that one of the items was out of stock. I asked another associate if they had any more in the back, and she offered to check for me. She was able to find the item and brought it out to me within a few minutes.

Next, I needed help with selecting some products that I was not familiar with. Another associate offered to show me the various options and explained the differences between them. She also provided me with some helpful tips on how to use them properly.

As I was checking out, the cashier was friendly and efficient, and she even helped me find a coupon to use that saved me some money on my purchase.

Overall, my experience at Home Depot was fantastic. The associates were all very helpful and knowledgeable, and I was able to find everything I needed for my project. I left the store feeling satisfied and confident that I had made the right choices in my purchases. I would definitely recommend Home Depot to anyone looking for great goods and fantastic service.

I usually hate speaking to many employees at this Home Depot but however Chris in plumbing is an angel in an orange apron!! They should appreciate the good employees while they have them because more often then naught whoever is working doesn’t care, the store is a mess and they don’t want to help you. Even though he was working in plumbing he gladly helped me in ALL my shopping.

Chris in plumbing was really knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns and appreciated his willingness to help out a customer with no hesitation. Made it a great experience.

Nice store, and Ms. Veronica in the garden section is always a pleasure to deal with. Continually greeting customers with an smile and asking if I’m going to put my purchase on my Home Depot credit card lol. I always say no but each time gets harder when she tells me how much money I will save on my purchase 😂. The store is easy to maneuver around and always clean. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best Home Depot!, Larry helped me out how to buy materials for my fence. This place it is not crowded and the employees are friendly. I recommend it

I did not find the tree I was looking for but the staff was so nice and friendly that they made up for not finding the right Christmas Tree, this Home Depot has always been my store to go for anything home related, love it.

Went to buy wall-mount range hood and waste disposal. Sandra Osorio took care of me. Very pleasant, even showed the best disposal that was going to be more convenient for my kitchen. To her boss if she reads this give her a raise, she deserves it!!! 😀

I could write a whole dissertation on Michelle in Customer Service. No joke. Michelle is the epitome of outstanding customer service from the heart. She doesn’t service you because she has to. She does it with the utmost caring attitude, time after time after time! I could tell you my long drama about Home Depot’s carrier horrendous service and their losing my order and not telling me for days and weeks. I could tell you about every great and not so good customer service rep I came across in the five weeks of me trying to get a vanity delivered. But, I cannot tell you enough about Cinthia in online orders and Michelle at the store making miracles simply because they wanted to fix all the errors made on my order on behalf of everyone else who didn’t really try to attempt to fix it. These two ladies deserve a standing ovation. I’m not sure Cinthia will read this. But, Michelle, you are one amazing human being. You are THe best customer service member, at ANY company, I have EVER had the pleasure to work with. Thank you SO much. You rock! Your manager rocks! Your store rocks!!!!

I just want to say that Nancy Woods from the paint department was amazing. she went out of her way to solve my problem that another store couldn’t do. I am very grateful for her help and the stores should have more people like Nancy. thank you Nancy for your help. From Sam😘

Yesterday I visited this location and needed a sheet of wood to be cut to make shelves. I was assisted by Ralph and Brianna who exceeded my expectations as far as customer service. They were both able to answer all my questions and assisted me with finding the products that I needed. I would’ve been lost other wise. Thank you Ralph and Brianna!

Nancy was absolutely amazing. We’ve been Miramar residents for 12 years and have been coming to this Home Depot since it opened, and the customer service had just gone down significantly, that is, until today. Thank you Nancy, for setting the bar so high. Your service was absolutely amazing!
