I purchased 2 phones and an Apple Watch at the Wireless Zone in Granby, MA. Priya Sharma and Ben Haupt were wonderful in setting up the devices and troubleshooting the reason why my Apple Watch wouldn’t ring or display notifications. I would never consider going anywhere else. Priya is always available to answer questions. I would recommend only coming to the Wireless Zone for all their devices and needs.

Priya is "beloved" and an absolute gem in the community. Simply put, great at what she does in all aspects.

I visited the Verizon in Granby Mass 77 West State Street. I was greeted by a young man named Ben H. Ben is a friendly knowledgeable young man. He took care of me in timely manner.
I will continue to visit this Verizon store.There needs to be more employees at Verizon that embody his customer service values and skills. Ben is asset to this company!!

Great experience today at the Granby Verizon store. My phone had been glitchy and couldn't access my voicemail. Thanks to Ben and Priya, I was up and running quick! Also, I learned about the new Home internet.

Priya is the store owner. She addresses you by your name. My wife and I were treated with the utmost respect! The store is a quaint little store. You are not just a number like the larger stores. She explains everything until you understand clearly, and respectively. She spends the time needed for whatever your needs are. We bought 2 new cell phones and a watch. She gave us the rebates and discounts Verizon offered and didn't hide anything from us. In other words, she wasn't trying to scam us which has happened in the larger stores. Go see Pryia for great deals and customer service!!

Priya and Ben are great and chatted with me for an extended period of time while we waited for my phone to back up so that my new phone would have everything I needed. Very happy I made the drive to this store, their higher than average ratings are well deserved.

Priya at Verizon Wireless in Granby, MA did a great job with my iPhone trade-in task and transferring all apps and data from my old phone. I would definitely recommend her store to anybody.

Super friendly and helped with everything! Priya is wonderful! She even put screen protector on the phone for me, which I wasn’t expecting. When another customer came in while she was setting up my new phone, she was able to help both of us at the same time and not slow anything down. The store was clean and organized and we were able to be socially distant as well.

You have a wonderful store in Granby mass. The personal at the store at the store are phenomenal and Priya and Ben are exceptionally intelligent people and if it weren't for them I would not be with Verizon.

The employees at the store were amazing at helping me to switch my phone from an 8 to a 13. They were extremely nice and helpful and I would recommend it to anyone looking for help with their phone or purchasing a new phone.

The best Verizon experience I've had! The owner was able to get the data off my phone that had ghost touch and I couldn't control the screen. She transferred all my information & settings to a new phone. HIGHLY recommend this store!
