Dunkin'

The staff here is great. The food is... Dunks.. so just keep your expectations in check it's not the Ritz. Honestly the only bad thing about it is there's this giant light that blinds you in the drive thru. If they could do something about it, maybe get up on a ladder.. it's about 93.4 million miles away but it's kinda bright.

Naw but seriously I drive to this dunks instead of going to the one that's closest to me.

I go to the Dunkin Donuts in Granby on my way out on Saturday mornings. It Is a very convenient location. I'm used to the staff there and I get my order and then leave to continue my day. The prices there are very good and my coffee usually cost less than $2. I sometimes get a donut.

Everyone is always so kind and even cheerful, to my dogs and I. They greet me by name through the drive through speaker! It's impressive.

Stopped by around midday today, crew was polite and served up a couple of ice coffees and some snacks quickly. Enjoyed what we had, wont hesitate to go back.

Best Dunkin in the area, hands down. Never got bad food, drink, or service from this location. People are awesome.

Great service... Very smiley staff. Also very accommodating as when they realized I was waiting for 2pm before ordering they didn't make me wait for the promotional price (I had 10 minutes to go.) Dunkin as a whole needs some work on their gluten free game.

Great customer service! They went above and beyond. Sold me a coffee and had no trouble filling up my water bottle with some fresh water...a simple CS relation that so many businesses , including other Dunkin franchises, are missing these days.

You always get what you ordered here. Never had any problems with messing up orders. I can't speak to the inside as I've only used the drive through.

Mostly good service. Much better service and coffee than the South Hadley location. Manager great guy. Some attitude when he's not around.

Quick service and nearly always get my order correct. The coffee is consistently the same each time I get it.

They know my order as soon as I pull up. Some are lazy lol but most of them are awesome

I love Dunkin but to be honest the coffee sucks... Cumberland Farms is where it's at to get a coffee lol

Good coffee, hot or iced; breakfast sandwiches, muffins, and of course donuts. Usually at least one in every town.

Most go for coffee... not me I love their iced tea and then there is snackin bacon...OH MY
