Dillard's

The ladies in the fragrance department were absolutely incredible. The customer service I received was beyond compare. They were both very knowledgeable and kind. Ms. Karin worked with me directly on finding some amazing scents. She educated me on the difference between which were best for day, night, and situational smells.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience here. I hope the company knows how great these employees are.

Great store and staff. Brick and mortar stores just are not all the same. Dillard's was stocked, had great prices, and a great staff. Walking into the store, you remember why you go shopping, to get out and put your hands on the products before you buy them. I knew when I left that everything fit and what it looked like on me!

Dillard’s is one of the few remaining department stores that has class, style and quality merchandise for prices that don’t absolutely break the bank. Like many brick and mortar malls these days, our local mall is struggling to find ways to stay current. Dillard’s continues to be an anchor store and never fails to carry a wide variety of up market
makeup, men’s and women’s clothing and accessories, shoes, and household goods. If I need a better label and/or quality item, I head to Dillard’s. If I need a dress for a wedding or suit for a business meeting - Dillard’s. If my daughter needs a prom gown? You guessed it - Dillard’s. Aside from Bridal Shops, Dillard’s is one of the few stores that still carries formal gowns. You will still find salespeople who are ready and willing to help find sizes and styles for you. I recommend a trip to Dillard’s for your next shopping adventure.

It’s a little out of the norm for me to write a review for a retailer, but I felt compelled due to the recent very positive experience. I had two events coming up and needed a new pair of shoes and a very specific type of shirt. The store felt like a boutique experience. The staff were super attentive, kind, and generous with their time. When I went to pick out this specific shirt, staff also took my measurements to double check everything. I am not a mall person at all, never have been, but this was a great experience. Hands down, this level of service can’t compete with online shopping. I got exactly what I needed, in one try, and faster than same day delivery. I’ll certainly be back soon.

Good stores and services

Love shopping there and employees are so helpful and professional.

They always have a mixture of the classics we love and newer quality designers. The jewelry department had a lot of energy from one man (Oviedo mall location). He was great and had the whole department in good spirits. I am sorry that I never caught his name.

All staff, many women n 1 man were extremely nice, knowledgeable n friendly n helpful! Especially in make up dept, BUT upstairs in women's 1 gal (I'm being nice) was rude n mean to me. Even when we have a bad day, stay home if u can't be nice! It was my "happy day" as I have physical problems. Except her hurting me

I'd forgotten how much fun it is to shop in a brick and mortar store. We made some purchases in the Christmas dept and , the clerk , Kim was friendly and helpful. The restrooms were very clean , which we appreciated very much. The rest of the store was neat and clean and well merchandised. We will definitely shop here again.

Dillard's is a great and classy store. One, they actually put an apostrophe where it belongs in your sign and that's rare. I was an editor in the past and I get a little OCD about grammar, etc. these days...all of the above is unrelated and I digress.

Also, you took the time to answer my post. That earns another star!

However, your store is elegant, well stocked and really pretty. Lately, I have been on online shopping sites mainly and going to your store was a nice trip back to a kinder, gentler time ~ it felt really good. So, you have brought me around to going back to "real" shopping and it is very pleasant and somewhat comforting. Thank you for that.

I was helped by a wonderful lady who worked in the feminine area with the bra and lingerie, and underwear etc.
She helped us with my daughter's sizes and mine to make sure we had the right size bra thank you for your kindness.
