I’ve visited the show room and has such an amazing experience! So many good sense it’s hard to choose from. Great customer service just makes it even better. Even though we showed up close to closing, they did not rush us and they turned it to us as if they just opened. Will definitely visit again.

My first time going to the showroom, I did not know i needed an appointment but Luly was so kind and took care of me. I did have to wait for my turn but I had an amazing experience. I can't wait now to try them in my products and see how my customers like the scents. I have been using the same company online for years but the fact that you can smell before ordering makes it so much easier to choose. I will update once i tried the fragrance oils in my products! :)

I made goat milk soap and lotion and had been ordering from a previous company got bored with the same ole stuff wanted something better - I came across VineVida read the reviews and decided to order all these scents and took a chance. When I tell you they smell AMAZING trust me!!! I just finished a batch with “Love Spell” and just put in another order! The customer service is 10/10 and you get emails with tracking and works in the “shop” app with updates! I will be coming back for a third order- 😍 also very fast shipping -& nothing came damaged

First time ordering from this company and I completely agree that VINE-VIDA does strive to provide the highest quality oils at the most competitive rates on the web. My order came quick and was very well packaged. The Hawaiian Sunrise reminds me of the infamous Hawaiian Tropic suntan oil. Great smell but wasn’t what I was looking for for our home. The Caribbean Breeze has a more fruity smell to me and again, wasn’t what I was looking for. So I called their number listed on their website. What amazing service! I was connected to an actual person that spoke clear English. Her name is Destiny. She was a complete joy to talk to. Very sweet and professional. She handled my problem quickly and effectively. We got cut off mid conversation and she actually called me back. Unheard of these days! She actually took the time to personally describe some scents to find one for my home. Thank you Vinevida for standing behind your products and thank you Destiny for giving me 5 star service!

I absolutely love it here, the fact that I can schedule an appointment to walk-in and not only see what I’m buying but also get the chance of smelling all the different essential oils in there showroom. Thank you so much Vinevida, I will definitely be back soon.

I am a 62 year old lady from upstate NY. Three years ago Circumstance brought me to a place where I needed to supplement my income, so I decided to start a small business making essential oil products. It was very important to me to do it right the first time. I researched many essential oil brands and found a few that met my standards. I also had to keep cost into my considerations. I needed a quality oil and one that when my products were on the shelf, the customer could still afford. I chose my oil brand and have had really good luck with it, for the most part. I went to Amazon to order some bottles and chose vinevida . there was a slight glitch in the order and i sent a note off to the company. To my surprise, I received a very nice email from the customer service department. ( i believe his name was jake) Well, he actually listened, and fixed my problem immediately. When i sent another email off to him to thank him, He asked me to check out vinevida oils, He sang their praises and , with customer service like this, i figured , why not, I will buy a small bottle of lavender and compare that. The price was comparable and according to Jake, vinevida oil was excellent quality . It arrived very quickly and it was wrapped like fort knox. it came in a heavy secure box and in the cool bubble wrap sleeve that looks like a fancy air cast. I received an email from jake , just to check on my satisfaction level. I love the oil, it is everything that he promised me and more. I have over 200 oils in my inventory now and when i am re ordering, I always check to see if vinevida is selling that particular oil. Jake and i are now on a first name basis, and I bug him constantly to add this oil or that one. He adds them to their inventory if at all possible. So in closing let me say that you will be very happy with any oil that you buy from this company. You can rest assured that it will arrive in tact , all wrapped up like a precious baby, and if you are not satisfied, you have my permission to BUG JAKE. He is the best customer service guy that i have ever dealt with. Secretly, i hope that he never gets a promotion, I will miss him if he leaves customer service.

I had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding received from Destiny, the sweet, good looking, and awesome Secretary of the Company. The products were exactly what I was looking for. I am very satisfied with the service I received from both, Destiny and Jake Myara, the owner of the Company, who has demonstrated a high level of acknowledge towards the products that he represents. They went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I am very pleased to have met them and looking forward to be with them again soon.

I am blown away at the level of care displayed by this company.
The glass bottle is safe, label intact, oil isn't everywhere in the box or in the safety plastic.

At this level of care,I'm sticking with you guys for my soaps and scrubs!
