I was helped by a young man named Phoenix and not only was he extremely professional but also very knowledgeable. The reason I was there was to activate my new iPhone. Phoenix knew exactly what to do and took care of it swiftly and professionally. Other places that I visited didn't know and weren't nearly as helpful. When I came in I was greeted immediately and treated like a valued customer which was not the case at another store that I first visited.I was very satisfied with the Cleveland Ga. Sore and the customer service representative Phoenix.

The new store manager Shannon is amazing. I wanted to know about possibly switching. She was very knowledgeable and allowed me to ask questions. She took her time and explained it all to me. I think we will be bringing 4 lines. Go see her!!!

Ashton C was the name on my receipt, so I hope I am giving the right person the proper credit. I was having a really rough day already, and long story short my phone stopped working on top of everything else. After being dumped from the online support chat a few times, and being told by the customer service center they couldn’t help, I eventually went to a nearby store in Cleveland, GA. Ashton C was able to fix my problem and was so patient and thorough while doing it. Whatever he is being paid it isn’t enough. Thank you very much.
