Wendy's

This place is a light in the darkness. The prices are not jacked up and I went to other restaurants here and the prices are just insane for food. The place is clean and it’s great. It’s a Wendy’s. What do you expect? This place saved my trip.

Not sure if they were just having an exceptionally good day when I went, but hot dawg, was this place wonderful! Great staff, very friendly, the food was hands down the best Wendy's I have ever had! I will definitely be making it a point to stop here whenever I am heading through this way. They are fantastic! Dude with red hair deserves a huge raise, he was the most professional fast food worker I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with up to this point! God bless yall!

Wow it's like a totally different world here....Soo clean and tidy....employees busy working n not standing around....managers busy cleaning and supervising any problems...just a wonderous place to eat...me n my family will always come here...thank u Wendy's....we love u❤💞💞❤💞❤💞💞❤💞❤💞❤💞💞❤💞❤💞❤

Grilled Ranch Wrap was fresh and good. The Orange Dreamsickle Frosty was out of the park!

Service and food all was great. Crowded on the 4th of July was to be very expected. Especially with the sudden, but brief, downpour of rain that everyone ran for cover inside. But, all in all, it was great. Loved the way the employees kept everything moving along and great attitudes and service. My granddaughter loved her 4 for $4 and especially dipping her fries in her honey mustard 😋 Thank you!!

Place was very busy and staff were working very hard and still had a professional attitude! Props to the team!

Understaffed! I felt so sorry for the free workers they had tonight. They were working so hard and trying their best. Unfortunately not all customers have this understanding.
Yes the lobby was messy, yes it took longer than usual to get the food, but for once in their lives done customers need to think about others first!
Like I said great service considering the circumstances. This message is intended to lift up the workers. They are awesome working under those conditions

Stopped to feed the kiddos who were tired of eating in restaurants. Staff and manager were very helpful. They were out of ketchup packets but were kind enough to put some in to go containers for us since my kids don’t eat any other sauce on nuggets. Drive thru was closed but I understand as it is tough with staffing and supplies right now. Fries were hot and fresh, best I’ve ever had at Wendy’s.

Wendy's in Helen GA saved my life... i had to wait quite a while but the food was worth the wait....so hot...so fresh with great flavour! I thought i was having an expensive burger!!!

Alway great!! Frosty tags rule! $3 and frosties all year!

Busy place, yet everyone was so nice!

This was one of the best days I have ever had with my grandchildren. The weather was perfect. The attitudes were beyond beautiful and the course and people running it were fantastic.

Food was good. Staff could be a little more user friendly.

Taco salads or the summer strawberry salad...I have to say are favorites!!

Every thing we got to eat was nuclear hot, and fresh, they even gave us two extra spicy nuggets, on the 4 for 4 deal. First good fast food experience we've had in quite a bit! Albeit, we don't eat much fast food

Dining room was closed today due to staffing issues (as most places are having currently so I understood, of course) However, They were still able to open the drive thru with only 1 employee today!!! I did not catch his name, It was an African American man with a polo shirt on and he was the only worker there today. I’d just like to say kudos to that man and he deserves a raise! He showed up regardless of the understaffing issue and opened the restaurant, my food was fresh and all correct and managed to do it all with a great and friendly personality!!!! Thank you!

I rarely post reviews of chain restaurants. But this is the first Wendy's in 10 visits to get my order correct the first time. Every Wendy's seems to want to get rid of cheese. But the Wendy's in Helen actually listens and gets the order "single no cheese" correct every time. It's a small thing but is appreciated very much.

The three employees I saw in the store were doing their best to keep up with a line of customers 30-40 deep all day.

...and they did it with a smile on their face.

Poor management, excellent workers.

Tends to be busy, but it’s because the food is prepared fresh and delicious. Worth the wait. The staff is as good as ever.
