Chick-fil-A

This Chick-fil-A is always awesome. Might be busy, but they move the line quickly. Food is always hot, order is accurate, friendly service everytime. That's what we expect from Chick-fil-A and they deliver!

We normally go through the drive-thru however we dined in this time and it took them a little longer than normal but they did give us free coupons for a dessert pretty awesome we love Chick-fil-A

Even though it was incredibly busy when we arrived, our food was delivered to us before we got to our table with our drinks. There were so many employees all working together like a smooth-running machine. And the new pimento cheese chicken sandwich is excellent.

Chick-fil-A is most of the time our go to option for quick bites/ pickup during trips around.
Food delivered was warm & fresh. I would say the chicken nuggets and veggie wrap were one of the best among all Chick-fil-As I had these.
We just had to wait just a few minutes longer as order had multiple lunch items in morning time, which was all good. Still they were so sweet to offer free item GC.

I would leave some constructive feedback but it’s a Chick-fil-A so you know they do everything perfectly and it will be their pleasure doing it that way. Great place, fast & good service and great food!

Chicken biscuits are on the small side. Lunch chicken sandwiches are bigger. Still yummy just disappointed in the mini biscuit 😆

The food was Awesome, really fresh, market Salad was huge, the drive through was very pleasant, I can't see well and my husband can't hear, but the employees at the drive through didn't see any problems and helped us with our order..ty Chick Fil A..

Always good food & service regardless of city or city you are visiting!! Waffle fries are not my favorite, but they were okay.

Stopped in for a quick lunch, fast service, excellent food, and I got one of those yummy peach milk shakes.
As lunch eating progressed, the heavy heavy rain ensued. To add to my eating enjoyment a young lady (employee) was in the process of walking people to their cars w a extra large umbrella. She offered to walk me but since my car was close, I declined.
Excellent food, service, and overall outstanding experience.

Other fast food restaurants should take a few lessons from Chick-fil-A. They never have an employee shortage, their employees are always friendly and polite, the food is consistently good, they get you through the drive thru in record time ... even when they're swamped.

And, from what I understand, they do better business 6 days a week than other places do in 7. Must mean treating your employees and customers right is a winning ticket.

These people are great, drivebthrubline are always moving. Orders are correct and fresh. The breakfast burritos are HUGE! Definitely worth the price

Chick-fil-A is amazing! Managers and team members are wonderful. Good is delicious. Downfall of Chick-fil-A is that the pricing are $10+ for everything.

Terrific service! Good food. Definitely a prime hangout spot for TMU students like myself.

Great place, I enjoy their food. I remember one day going there and getting a spicy chicken sandwich. It was one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had.

Bren was sweeping the floors well, she caught up all the various trash on the floor.

Great service.. fastest place and best tasting around just when I went inside from drive through...there wasn't any public restrooms that I needed to use for washing my hands. That was a little disappointing and will effect my decisions for eating out there regularly or not.

So you can't order well-done nuggets anymore, so that dropped a star. And not Chick-fil-A s fault but people just suck no a day's. It's like no one has patience to wait to seconds for you to back out of a space.

Chick-fil-A definitely has the fastest service and the best atmosphere in Cleveland. I have gone there several times and am always impressed. They also are the only fastfood to give free items out without any strings attached. Congratulations to them keeping up the good work.
