Mr. Elijah gave me the best customer service I ever received at any cricket store. I was in the store looking to change my provider from. He was able to port over my number ! He was able to hook me up with a new iPhone. As well an extra charger and case for my new iPhone! I really hope management treat this guy right because people like him you just come across often ! 10/10 service. Message to management.. Give this Guy a raise! He’s worth and what he brings in the business word is rare ! If I was employer I would have gave him an offer on the spot just based off our interaction !

Store was clean. A very nice associate named Brooklyn helped me upgrade and replace my device which I desperately needed. Excellent service. She did a great job applying the screen cover and helping me choose a case. 5 stars.

Ive nevet had better customer service by Kera. She not only helped me switch from tmobile butshe helped me get into my email account to restore all my pictures and numbers. My phone was smashed and i thought all was lost but kera saved me. Thank you kera

First off to say I have been to a lot of cell phone stores and it's usually a grooling process but kera made my experience at cricket painless she was very sweet an most importantly informative I greatly appreciate her and her team at cricket! She was great and will totally recommend kera and her team at cricket wireless!!!

In today's world it's absolutely amazing to have gotten the fantastic service at this store when every other business could care less about customer service.
With my phone having been stolen the manager quickly took care of the situation and had me into new phone in no time at all.She took the time to load my information into the phone and downloaded all of my contacts and emails to keep me in business.
I would highly recommend this store for all of your cell phone needs.VERY SATISFIED!

I love this cricket wireless!! Julie took great care of all us. She made sure all our important information was transferred from our old phones to the new ones. She is definitely a delight to be around and you can tell she loves what she does. She is by far the best employee at this company .Julie’s knowledge of the phones is was outstanding she knows her all the specs of every phone in the store. You can tell she really enjoys what she does. If you visit the store, ask for Julie, she will take care of you.

I brought my new phone in with major texting issues, and Kera work on it until the issues were all resolved! She went above and beyond to enable me to have a working phone! I came from an Iphone to an android and she was able to troubleshoot the issue, all the while dealing with other customers coming in and out. Her knowledge was incredible, and she was wonderful to work with! Thank you, Kera!!!

I have to say that we have never had a better experience with cricket than we did at the Griffin location by home Depot yesterday. Big thank you to KERA S our sales lady. She went above and beyond to help us figure out our awful phone situation. She is so knowledgeable about ALL the phones and was very very helpful on all levels . Definitely recommend THIS LOCATION and KERA.

Lala and Nanni have exceptional customer service helped us with upgrades for my daughter, mine, and my son's phone. Transferred everything, put the accessories on and taught us how to use our new phones. We're very patient and pleasant

Crista and Amber were absolutely amazing. I brought a charger and a phone case two days ago which came to $70 and I couldn't use either one of them because my phone wouldn't charge they couldn't refund me money so I had to purchase a new phone and they paid for my case out of their own pocket. They offered to do it and said we just want to make our customers happy. I would have went with another phone service but they made me change my mind
