Great store with excellent staff!

On wed feb 27th I came to buy some paint at 5:30pm only to find the store closed and locked up despite the listed hours going to 6pm.
I had to hightail it to the New Rochelle store where they thankfully were open and willing to help.
I get that this is a relatively new location without too much traffic yet, but it’s no way to build a brand closing early when people are counting on you to be open your advertised hours.
Call ahead…

id rate then zero if I could…we got 8 inches of rain today and i was desperate for a clamp for my sub pump… the time was 5:55… normally a 2 minute Drive for me but with all the road closures I wouldn’t get there until about five or 10 after six I spoke to an employee and then I spoke to a manager begging them to stay open for another 5 to 10 minutes just so I can get the clamp as This is an obvious emergency. I was told no can do… I don’t know how on the planet you treat a customer that way in a situation like this, I get tired it’s been a long day, but if you’re gonna be a part of this community and treat the community this way in an emergency situation, you can go screw. I’d rather shop at Home Depot. I’ll never step foot in the store again and I would Recommend you don’t either
