Mike and Robert are superstars. They helped me try on different boots to find the perfect pair, answered all of my questions, and even went the extra mile to help me get the exact size I needed to have the perfect pair. These guys and this store are great. Of course the boots are a little on the pricy side. But it's Red Wing, you are paying for quality.

Go here. Leave with boots. They stock rare sizes so if you're a 6 to 16, you can get fixed up.
I have narrow feet and expected to need to put in an order. I tried on about 4 pair and walked with some 10-A's in 28 minutes flat.

Great Service! New staff is really helpful, had the shoes I wanted in stock and gladly oiled another pair I had wore in.
Red Wings are on the pricy side and take a while to break in due to the heavy leather, but once broken in the fit like a glove and can last many years.

The people who were there were very knowledgeable, helpful, and treated me with respect.

Have seen this this store for a while and decided to go in. Ended up walking out with a high quality, American made pair of work boots.

The older gentleman that work there was knowledgeable and very helpful. They didn't have more than one pair of the boots that I lurched but he is going to notify me when a pair comes in.

I would recommend going here if you need a good pair of boots from a knowledgeable person without high pressure. Store was also very clean

Best boots around. Went in to exchange some boots that didn’t quite fit after a few weeks of wearing them. I was anxious to see if they would honor there return policy. But Paul made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked threw the door and took care of me in under 30 mins. Thank you for the wonderful service Paul!

Very knowledgeable staff! They offer free cleaning and leather treatment of your boots every month. Brought one pair of the three pairs I purchased so far from them and my boots were cleaned and leather treatment was done fast while I waited.

Great selection, very helpful & knowledgeable staff. Most I have ever spent on a pair of work boots. 1 year warranty, no excuse replacement. I'm very hard on boots, due to my job !! Looking forward to seeing how these hold up. $ 150-200 boots don't last !!

The sales associate that helped me was very confident about his product.
the shop has a device they can scan your feet with to acquire the appropriate shoe size.
The comfort level of this boot it's definitely worth the price.
I was also told that every 30 days I can bring my boots in for complimentary cleaning and polishing.
I am a fitter welder and I expect a lot out of my boots.
I will keep this thread updated with how my boots turn out and the service provided for them.

I was thoroughly impressed with this Red Wing store. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and boot care. He took the time to make sure I had the correct fit on a pair of boots. Paul even cleaned up and replaced the laces of an old pair of boots I was wearing as I tried on a new pair.

When you need to get your new pair of boots (or "maintenance" on your current boot) especially work, safety boots, make sure you come in and see Justin! He was awesome! This guy is going to take care of you, and make sure you have the right boots for your type of feet. He took the "TIME" to make sure my needs were met. With my type of work, working on the ballast of the railroad tracks, my aching dogs feel so much better with the perfect match of boots, and sole inserts. Justin will take care of you!

Great service and a quality product.

I am a loyal lifelong Redwing customer. I have been to Redwing stores from North Dakota to Texas. This store is top notch. Paul and his staff were nice, polite and very helpful. Got the boots I needed and the perfect insoles to match. And with the help of their foot diagnostic device I found out that I had high arches. Totally worthwhile trip. I’m a field welder and on my feet all day in the roughest terrain(s). But with the help of my Redwings and the continued support of Paul and his Redwing staff it’s all good.
And they invite you to bring the boots back in to keep them cleaned ..... Customer Service after the sale... like I said, top notch all the way.
