I had difficulty signing on to the Family Dollar website, and eventually left the store without my $5 savings. It frustrated me because I'm a teacher, buying out of pocket. I returned to my car, worked out the glitch, went back in and the very nice young man (Cyrus?) who witnessed my first failure, gave me a refund, rang up the items (again) and then I left, with my refund in hand. I appreciate his patience. Instead of leaving annoyed, I left happy, though I cost him several wasted minutes.
