Highly recommend the Bakery at this BJ's! They made my son an absolutely beautiful amazing cake! And I couldn't believe the price! $24.99! Cynthia was absolutely incredible! An absolutely sweetheart! Phenomenal customer service! She assisted me with our cake order and was so, so, so kind and helpful! My son had specific requests and she was glad to help! She even gave us the idea of adding a strip around the cake to make it extra beautiful and special! Absolutely phenomenal cake!!!! Everybody LOVED it especially My Birthday Boy!!! The person who helped me with TV's advised me not to get a display model. I really appreciated that gesture. The guy that helped me to my car: needs an attitude adjustment. I had a generous tip in my hand for him, but kept it instead.

Love the prices and gift ideas but long lines to check out are awful. Only 2 cashiers and 5 or6 self checkout lines. The more people use these self check out lines the more people are loosening their jobs. During the holidays it will be even worse. PLEASE HIRE MORE CASHIERS or risk losing customer.s

I live on Staten island and 7 min to linden bjs...was in Matawan so we stopped in 9n and we were very impressed...came back 2nd time and on a Sunday afternoon this time....store so clean shelves stocked even saw a woman picking the only piece of paper we saw on the floor....we used the restrooms before we left and when I came out I asked the woman standing there if she was the manager and she was... I needed to comend her on such a beautifully kept store and bathroom!! This will be our new go to store its worth the extra drive!

This place is never crowded. I could throw a rock at the Costco in Staten Island and I still come over the bridge to this location. Lots of self checkouts, flexible hours and great products.

I highly recommend BJ's basically, it can be the one near your home as well. It will never let you down. My experience at this store is always great. Don't forget to take membership, so you can enjoy more.

I went to pick up an on-line order today and the two ladies behind the counter were one of the most friendliest, pleasant and extremely helpful customer service representatives I have ever come across. Thank you so much for hiring such wonderful people!!!!!

Deli department needs more employees. Had to wait 30 minutes for cheese and they had no more presliced. Feel like they get paid per slice. 😉😉

BJ’s has great customer service, clean always as items in stock find great deal on clothing.

So happy everything is back to normal, so easy to find everything now. Need more cash lanes otherwise always a pleasure.

Prices good, nice enviorment employees friendly and curtious. Only thing is you can only buy in quanty but I guess thats the purpose of the store.
