The store has really gone down hill I was just standing outside waiting for my husband and a very rude young lady told me I couldn't be standing outside I had to leave and go and she pointed at the street I couldn't be standing there smoking my cigarette waiting for my husband to get out of the store from getting cash back the same girl pretend to like she didn't know how to enter food stamp number when you work with people customer service is very important very important you don't make the customer happy the customer will complain I don't know if that same girl still works afternoons but I believe she works evenings now can somebody train her in manners and how to treat people probably and on a separate occasion the same employee tried accusing my husband of stealing when all in all reality if taking a couple of straws and a couple packs of Splenda is stealing and I don't see how what is wrong with these convenience stores Cantonese have better standards for their employees to smile to be polite to always make the customer feel welcome into the store not to make me feel uncomfortable and not to to tell another customer waiting for her husband Mexican be standing there smoking her cigarette she needed to leave and go to the streets. Never in my entire life have I felt so humiliated and uncomfortable I don't know the employees please name I can just described to a short with glasses dark brown mid-length when I find her name I will place that way someone can train her to be a better employee and better customer service if you want repeat customers you can't be hateful and you can't accuse your customers of of stealing when they're not it's highly inappropriate and it's embarrassing for that customer come on toot and tell him come on Greg Mitchell where have your standards gone and training employees did not ever be a total employee that was so rude and that made customer not want to come back all in all if you don't like her job that much just to be rude and mean to everyone maybe she should work a different job or she doesn't have to deal with the public just putting that. Standards people.

Clean store with friendly employees. The restroom, however, is absolutely filthy. There is even blood in the male restroom, which I can only assume is related to some kind of drug use. Even the faucet and soap dispenser are dirty enough to prevent me from using them.

Employees are very rude at this location. You cannot see their drive-thru speaker at all because they didn't replace the light and then they yelled at us in a very loud and inappropriate manner when we went to the drive up window because we couldn't see the speaker. We tried to let them know that their light was out and they made a smart alec remark. I will never go here again.

This is the worst place for a rest stop the bathroom was filthy and what was ironic was that there was a sign that said,tell us if the bathroom is dirty. I hope I hear back from the manager soon.

Not clean! Wanted to make sure my wife had a clean bathroom but yet again NOPE! I will never give this place a try

Gross bathrooms. Terrible in and out location on the highway. And homeless people around begging for money. SKIP this one!

Unfriendly, unhelpful, rude staff. Of all the Toot'n Totums I have visited, by far this location is the worst.
