Here we go. Finally, we are able to use our basement without having blankets piled on us. We went to the Clinton Utah Lowes and had an extremely smart and talented girl named Piper in customer service help us order a TV stand with an electric fireplace in it. WOW, WHAT A DIFFERENCE it makes in our TV room now.
The stand and fireplace are called RealFlame
5 settings for heat, flame, and thermostat. Also came with a remote control. Very happy, especially with Piper, so willing to help!!!

Wow! Made everyone stop and enjoy today, our freedom's, taking a few minutes to remember what this weekend is about. They are not finished yet, but the staff is doing a great/ amazing job! Stop by , sit and enjoy it like we did !!!! THANK YOU!

Tyson, the manager for the appliance department, was phenomenal. I have never been treated as well. He is amazing. I make a living from customer service and I can say that he is top notch.

Lowe's usually has friendly and easy to find staff to help. Today was even better than normal. I appreciate good customer service, and I've recieved almost everytime I've shopped here. MORE IMPORTANT, I love that they honor our US veterans. 2022 Memorial Day display in the parking lot.

I grew up shopping at an unnamed orange competitor, but started to question that decision when they cut all their knowledgeable staff during Covid.

In the time since, I have wholeheartedly switched to Lowe's due to the value they place on customer experience. Today was no exception: the store was clean and tidy, there were plenty of staff around for questions, I received the help I needed in locating a product I was having a hard time with, and the gentleman assisting at the self checkout was friendly and helpful.

Keep it up, guys!

So I was at the Clinton Lowe's and needed a bolt to repair my violin case handle. Alan in hardware and tools was so wonderful and went above and beyond!! I only spent $1.50 on a package of bolts but he helped cut it to size!! Bless him, thanks Lowe's!!

A great rep helped us to find exactly the size of bolt and nut we needed to finish a project we were working on! Best customer service I have had in a long time. The store in general is always tidy and easy to find ant item you need.

Throughout the years, I have been to multiple locations in and outside of Utah. With that eing said, Located in Clinton Utah is hands down 5⭐⭐⭐⭐!

This is one of my favorite Lowes! Norma in appliances is AMAZING. She is very professional and does what she says she is going to do! I hope Lowes recognizes what an asset she is for them. I ordered my new appliances and she always followed up with me. I wasn't left wondering about when they were coming and the delivery was great!
