The Vitamin Shoppe

One of the struggles about shopping for instacart is not knowing where the items are, especially when they don't have isle numbers. A nice man noticed that i was struggling to look for items and offered to help me. He was so quick and efficient. What would have taken me over 30 min, he helped me in less than 5 min. The other man who was the cashier was very friendly too, he told me where a supplement was. Very good customer service

My son ran out of his protein workout shake and had a terrible experience at the route 110 location. I suggested that he visit the store I frequent in Syosset. He was professionally greeted, the store representative (associate # 041537) was professional and patient, and most importantly, went out of his way to ensure that my son received his $10 reward certificate. Now that's how a retail business should be running. Great job.

The vitamin shoppe in syosset is a wonderful experience. Very friendly and helpful. My experience with Joe A, one of the workers, was wonderful. He was very helpful in explaining products and what would fit my needs the best. Theres a reason i feel better in the gym than ever. Thanks Joe A!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They help you find what you need and don't try to push unnecessary items on you. They also have great events right in the store. I don't shop for supplements anywhere else.
