The UPS Store

I've been here several times for notary or shipping services and they have always been fast and ready to help. I've not had any issues with unfriendly employees. I like that I am able to get in and get out quickly.

This place is great, fast, and convenient. It’s incredible if you compare this place to the post office. We talk about it all the time. A government operation vs this operation is so drastic it’s crazy. I have been in this store probably 100 times. I have never spent more than 5 minutes here. Always the same friendly people working, always helpful.

I am so shocked reading some of the reviews for this location. I use this store on a very regular basis, my mom & I do alot of Amazon returns & sometimes I have numerous returns at once which are scanned separate now & the employees have to place them in these annoying plastic bags which is more work for them yet every employee in there is always nothing but pleasant, respectful, courteous & professional even when the line is out the door. Me & my family love this location, keep up the great work, y'all do an amazing job!!

I went to return some TV converter boxes. I put the box in the counter I had used to carry the boxes in and explained I was returning them. The clerk asked for the work order number, which was in an email I had been sent. I told the clerk it would take a few seconds to open the email. By the time I had done so, the clerk had scanned the converters, finished packing the boxes and generated the shipping label.

All that was left was entering the work order number into the system to report the return and printing out my receipt.

The whole process to all of 3 minutes from the time I walked in the door.

The clerk was personable and friendly, and clearly efficient. For what had the potential to be very tedious, I was impressed by how professionally the clerk handled the whole thing.

I love this UPS store. It’s in a great shopping strip so you can get multiple tasks done at the same time. The parking lot always has decent spots available. The service is always super efficient and quick. During the pandemic they have adhered to strict guidelines and have made sure people aren’t overwhelming the small area. I highly recommend this location if you want to get your package shipped quickly.

I’ve only just started going to this store in the past year, but the team that I always see there are 2 guys and a girl and they are so nice and so friendly It can get a little hectic in there when it gets busy but they always are caring and guide people in the right direction. They are a true A Team!

First visit here. However, knowing how jobs can grow frustrating or customers can be coming in; he was great. Before I could ask, he asked, "if I wanted a receipt?" Lately, the average business has not been asking nor giving a receipt ... This was a great experience. Thank You!

Best UPS store I have found yet. Ryan and his staff run a spotless, efficient, and friendly place. They followed all COVID protocols. Mail is never lost. It is such an amazing place that I do all my shipping via UPS now.

Amber helped me and even though she was super busy, she was kind, pleasant and helpful. It's really nice when a customer interaction makes a positive difference in your day - especially around the holidays. Thanks Amber!

Tremendous service! Both employees working tonight on 8/31/21 were exceptional & very patient. Had a terrible experience at the Aston location and came over to Wilmington. Wish I would have started at that location!

I came here twice in a day due to issues with the QR code I received from a 3rd party. I have social anxiety and rarely leave the house. Seeing myself hold up the line made me upset at myself, but the ladies were so kind and patient, even finding a way around the issue for me. I appreciate it!

I work for a company where we ship items all the time and we have a corporate UPS account. Having a UPS store close by to my home office makes it very convenient. The staff inside is always friendly and helpful when coming into the store.

Amazing experience! Great customer service! Took their time to help me with everything I needed. Affordable and straight to the point. I shipped my package and it got to the destination sooner than expected. I’ll definitely be coming here for all my future needs!

I've been to the UPS store twice in the last week and a half both times when I arrived the line was going down the sidewalk obviously I thought oh God I'm going to be here forever by the time I got in line to the time I was finished was probably less than 5 minutes The line went really fast these guys have their stuff together they know how to get people in and out they're prepared they have a great system it's awesome I'll never worry about going there and seeing a line again

The customer service here at this UPS location is consistently friendly, helpful, efficient and outstanding. They are good people, always going above and beyond daily.
