Seriously I have not seen anyone work this hard for a group of people (I counted 8) all at once in a very, very long time! Jacob in the print dept was giving each customer, including myself his undivided attention, support and knowledge. He was calm and thoughtful driving multiple pieces of equipment all at once, while still answering questions. He is truly an extraordinary example of service excellence. I’ll be sure to share this and more with his manager and corporate on Monday as well! Also Jett who was carrying the register the floor and walk-in questions was great!! Please OD give these guys a promotion a raise and another staff person! Despite how well they’re performing, stretching great talent like this isn’t sustainable. Local community peeps, If you’re in need of anything office or printing related in the area, go here!! 5 + stars! Bravo to these two great guys!!

Had some emergency printing and was able to get it done here. Customer service was great. You don't feel like you're bothering the employees for help with a simple print. Thanks to one particular employee Jermont for being there to help.

Staffs were very generous and helpful on hand indeed. Props to Ms.Ariana n the print guy.

I have been shopping at the Berwyn Office Depot Office Max for years and have always found the products and employees to be outstanding. Today, a young lady named Tati rang up my purchases. She was knowledgeable, kind, courageous, polite and welcoming. She has excellent customer service skills and a real desire to help people. What an asset she is to the company!

Andy was very helpful when I came into the store to purchase a new HP printer for my home. I appreciate the time he took with me to explain about the warranty and instant ink. He is an asset to your company.

Andy and Ariana were very helpful. When I walked into the store, Andy immediately assisted me with the correct ink for my printer. He also informed me of the online price match. That was something that I did not know about and I will now do more shopping at OfficeMax! Ariana was very helpful with me. She informed that I could even price match with other stores prices. They were had excellent customer service.

Went to office depot today on Cermak, Berwyn. Great Customer Service! Great products & many Vegan Leather Products at great price. I always enjoy shopping in Office depot. Surprisingly, they have many items that make good Christmas/Anniversary gifts! It's supposed to be just for office items but their products can be used for way more. No, I do not work for them and I am not paid to leave this review. Just a satisfied customer who appreciates great service and quality products! Keep it up Office Depot!

This was my first time going to an Office Depot for a print job and I’m so glad I chose this location! The wait for the service desk was a little long, but Andy took initiative and helped me out with my order. Andy made the whole process super easy. He was also very friendly, personable, and went the extra mile for other customers and myself! Will be coming back to this location the next time I need a print job done :)

Andy the Assistant Manager was Extremely Excellent in helping and Very Very Patient. He deserves to be the Head Manager.

Jessica at the Office Depot print desk in Berwyn is awesome! She goes the extra mile for customers. I didn't think I would be able to do what I needed to get a booklet spiral-bound in a particular way, but she found a way.
