Tyler is an incredible employee. His personality was great. He was so helpful Thank you. patient and knowledgeable about what he was doing. It is so hard to find young people with the skill set already in place as far as professionalism knowledge and just plain caring about his position and the customer keep up the great work Tyler you’re an amazing employee. Grace at this location is the best. If anyone at CVS sees this, you have a fantastic employee. We had an immediate need for children's benadryl very close to closing time. I called the store and gave my ETA, she gladly waited an extra 10 minutes for me and was extremely helpful. Good people still left in the world!!

I’ve been going to CVS for a long time, but I recently switched to the Middletown location. My blood pressure medication has been back ordered via the manufacturer but I usually see if it’s come back into stock... I don’t care of the new medication that I’m on. Today, the pharmacy recommended that I could take a combination of meds and it would would effectively be the same as my old meds. This was the first time that someone had suggested this solution! I was very impressed that they took the time to come up with a solution when I didn’t think there was one.

Cashier Mason was very friendly. I thought there was a wrong price so we walked back and I misread the sign. He was pleasant through the whole transaction.

The pharmacy staff try their hardest to work under stressful conditions and are under appreciated!!! The store is amazing under the expertise of the staff. Love it here!
