I do not normally write reviews I am much better with a brief however, I would be remiss if I did not write this review it is almost 3 years in the making so please oblige me. Sam at the UPS store located at 3171 US Highway 9 & Ticetown Road, Old Bridge NJ 08857. Let me start with four key acknowledgements that I admire most he is CREDIBLE well educated and experienced, TRUSTWORTHY extremely honest, DETAILED, he is thorough and meticulous in his work, CLIENT FOCUSED, someone who cares for his individual customers. I cannot think of any other UPS store that will give such exceptional service. Sam tells the customer what he can do for them rather than what he cannot do. A positive review with 5 stars rating and no feedback doesn't help anyone to have a clear understanding it is something you will have to experience yourself. My husband and I reside in Morganville New Jersey, and yes we will be customers as long as this store remains in business. The personal attention given to every customer while multitasking second to none.
After reading my review it was listed as a four star I beg to differ nothing less than a 10 for me.

Love this location. Been coming here for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience. Sam and Denise are extremely knowledgeable (between the two of them they have ~25 years combined industry experience). They are courteous, and efficient, and are always ready to provide suggestions/solutions. I truly appreciate them and the quality of their customer service. Thank you both!

This is the best UPS store in this entire area hands down.

There is always a notary on staff. The employees are always attentive and very professional.

I’ve had them pack things for me and there’s never been a single issue with damage.

I drive 30 minutes each way just to go to this store for mail. At times it gets busy but they really do a great job getting everyone taken care of as fast as possible. Can’t say enough good things. If you need a mailbox or to pack/ship/notarize in this area, go here.

I've been using them for my postal and packaging needs for the last 10 years. They've always been consistently on point. Never mishandled or lost a package. Sam has always gone the extra mile to make sure items get shipped out on time and in an economical way. Highly recommend

I work full time and I own a cleaning business as a side job. I use the UPS Store for my business and personal needs and I have always been extremely happy with the service they provide. Sam and Denise are great at what they do. They are extremely efficient and knowledgeable so there is very rarely a long wait. So much better than going to a Staples or an Office Max.

Sam and his staff are great. From helping me bring in my packages to expedited service so I'm never waiting long. I'm very happy coming here. This is the only UPS store I'll ever use

This store is the best store in the area. The girl behind the counter is always so friendly and helpful to me and my son. The man there is very nice and knowledgeable. The store is always neat and clean. I’ve never had any issues with anything I’ve had to ship. I would strongly recommend this UPS Store not only because their productivity is amazing but mainly because the two of them make it a welcoming and helpful environment.

Ups Store in Old Bridge is great! Management & front end are always helpful & friendly! When the store opened we were excited as we didn’t have to go Gateway Shopping Center. Its much closer & convenient.

The store is always clean and always get a warm welcome upon arrival in the store from the front end. Its nice to see a smiling face as customer service is lost these days.
