I started out with a review complaining about not being able to contact a pharmacist by phone without going through voicemail with unknown response time. I drove to the store to resolve the reason for the call and saw they were having phone issues and couldn't answer a call. They resolved my issue quickly and were friendly and efficient.

I don't understand all the negative comments? I am not the most easy to please but everytime i have been to this location i have always recieved the highest level of care and attention 5⭐

This CVS location has been very helpful for me. Sometimes I hv issues finding a store that carries my meds but this location does. The post ofc lost a delivery from this CVS and the pharmacist Indreeka followed up on it and kept in contact with me. She also offered to give me 2 days of the rx until it gets resolved. I trust this location with my rx needs! The Senior pharmacist is always helpful too!

Christopher was the best sales associate i’ve ever met. He was friendly, greeted me promptly, and made sure I felt at home, from the moment I walked in the door. Love seeing a friendly smile, when entering the store. Other associates didn’t seem as happy or as friendly, but Christopher really stood out to me. Just came in to grab a few drinks, and he promptly checked me out and made sure to tell me “have a lovely day!”. Definitely will return, thanks to Christopher.

Looking at the reviews the issues seems to stem mainly from the pharmacy and not the store. Had no issues finding my products and staff was friendly. Will update review if I end up going there.

Pharmacy isn’t the biggest help. I’ve had multiple issues with them and they seem annoyed by my questions.

I come to this store on a regular basis because it is near my job. I have never had a problem here until yesterday.
I was standing in line waiting for the self-checkout to become available and there was a CVS employee behind the counter helping a man that only spoke Spanish. ok, you ask.... well, as soon as the self-serve check out became available, I walked over there and before I could proceed, the CVS employee stops helping her customer to tell me that the self-checkout only accepts debit card payments and no cash (Note: there are signs on the self-checkout stating this btw).
I looked at her and said, huh....I know this." My question is, why did she feel like she had to stop helping her customer to tell me this, trying to make me feel stupid in front of the other customers?
Like I said, I have been in there before, and the majority of the time, I use the self-checkout. I do know how to read in English so....what was the problem?
The lesson here is "Don't assume that every Hispanic customer does not understand English."

CVS Corporate seriously needs to upgrade or replace this pharmacy's computer systems/hardware/software. Incoming 1) Scripts are delayed EVERY single time, by hours, if not an entire day. 2) Using the prepay option on app makes this pharmacy create duplicate scripts and not keep record of your prepaid pickup. 3) It takes any pharmacy worker 5-10min to find my account EVERY time, in person or on phone. I'm on hold with corporate to report this now. PLEASE fix this, it wastes my time and stresses me out & delays my treatments, over and over again.

Terrible experience with incompetent personnel. Made an appointment in advance. Arrived at the location early, only to be informed that they do not accept my insurance carrier. This is a question that I feel should have been asked at the time of scheduling the appointment. I will not be returning for any reason.

Came here to pick up my boyfriend medication, the pharmacist and the tech who helped me check out had such a hard time answering my question and they are not even busy. They need to change their attitude. they told me to ask my Dr if you have questions about over the counter products. that’s ridiculous, I was just trying to clarify what’s the best option to get. The insurance price was about $10-15 more than GoodRx price so i asked if they can change it and he told me it takes 10 minutes. I used to be pharmacy manager and I know it barley takes less than a minute to change. If they were busy I would understand but come on, this place super slow. Go somewhere else to get a better service.

I came in to get a Covid, and vaccine for the year. The pharmacy tech mumbled the entire time. Had no direction. Asked me if I checked in even though I use the mobile app to check in. Ask me if I brought my vaccine card. I told him yes. And then just walked away. I am now waiting on the pharmacist tech to get the vaccines. Seems like no one here really cares. We just sad because of the pharmacy. Truly sad the main pharmacist Jose is amazing. Seems like the two people here that on August 9 at 11 AM. Wish they could be anywhere else but here. If you wish to get a Maxine of any kind, I would choose another CVS.
