CVS

This is a great CVS store, easily in the top 5% of big chain pharmacy/convenience stores I've been to. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, well-stocked shop kept in great shape, less than a year old, and (at least until the adjacent apartment buildings are completed) not too busy.

Up-to-date Covid policies posted outside as well, updated within a day of each new CDC or DC government rule change. I take that promptness as a signal of good management, perhaps I'm wrong but it accords with the overall high quality of this CVS location.

If you're like me, you rely heavily on Google reviews. The couple previous reviews reflect that those patrons were frustrated they couldn't figure out when the store was open or opening...This store has just recently opened at this new location. Here's my experience so far and my biggest needs with a CVS pharmacy, their pharmacy's communication is impeccable and reassuring. Not only did the pharmacy call to tell me when my prescription was on order, but they personally called to verify I wanted the brand name since that is exactly as my prescription is written. That is a major winning deal when you have a pharmacist who pays attention to that. Then they sent an automatic notification that my prescription was ready to pick up an hour later. This pharmacy already has my respect when it comes to thorough communication, prescription accuracy and follow through.

I am giving 5 stars to a young employee, Terrance Miles, the Assistant Manager for this CVS location, who was very professional and kind when offering a solution for the issue I encountered.
I am happy to give some praises to Mr. Miles with my sincere hope that his professional attitude and kind demeanor is rrecognized by his coworkers and supervisors.

New, clean, and well stocked. I just had a great experience with a helpful young man working at the front counter. Photos they printed look wonderful also!

This store is clean, well-stocked, and most of the employees are super friendly. Easily the best CVS I’ve been to in DC.

This location is not open yet and there is not a set date for when it will open.
