Service was good and explanatory

I usually have a good experience with Walgreen's photo. This time I showed up to find that the machine that printed 8x10's was down. The only clue I had was AFTER I submitted my order online, it said my 1 HR photo order would be done in 3 days. It would have been nice to know why and to be able to transfer my order to another store at the time of my order. I waited until late in the day to check on my order in the store assuming they were busy and that's why my order was pushed out so far, so it was too late to send it to another store to be printed in time for Mother's Day. Cancelled the order.

The self photo printer kiosk not working, camera broken

We ordered photo cards from this Walgreens which were supposed to be ready the same day. I tried calling the next day to see if the cards were ready. No one at Walgreens picked up on the phone so I had to drive to Walgreens to find out the cards were still not ready. So I returned the day after that only to find out their printer is out of ink and they have no idea when they would get more ink. The women I talked to said they should have called me so I did not have to drive to Walgreens twice to check on my order. She said they have been having problems with their staff. I noticed on their site they are still taking same day orders but I certainly would not count on it. I would suggest going elsewhere to get photos printed.
