AT&T Store

I want to acknowledge a staff member - Martine, and my experience
at the AT&T gallery place location. She was phenomenal! She is very professional, engaging, patient, knowledgeable, funny, and thorough. She listens, she advises, she did an overview of my acct. I've always had a pleasant customer service experience with AT&T staff which is why I've been a long term customer, but this was by far the best in store experience I've ever had. Keep up the great work! You are awesome!

As soon as we walked in, Laud greeted my mom and I from the door. He asked us about the reason for our visit, and immediately took care of everything that we need. He was attentive, understanding, patient, respectful, and professional.

My name is Tom. The associates are courteous and provide positive regard. This was my experience, I walked to have my payments made and after about 10 minutes I was satisfactorily served.

Although my wait time was lengthy, it appeared that the store was understaffed, once I was waited upon the quality of service given by the ATT customer service representative was great! 👍 He was knowledgeable, informative and helpful in assisting me in receiving the shipping label needed for returning my phone. I used the label and shipped the phone back today.

We had a great experience upgrading our phones today. Ms. Martine was a big help, she was very efficient and had great customer service. She took great care of us, we need more people like her in the workforce. Thank you again.

If I could give this location more than five stars, I would.

I was robbed this past Sunday. (Thankfully, all they managed to take was my phone.) I managed to get a new phone AND go to the AT&T store all in the same day, and Martine and her team went above and beyond, even as I struggled to get my family plan figured out. Customer service was top-notch, but the real reason I'm writing this review is because they were so kind and understanding as I was still processing what had happened. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Brianna was extremely efficient and professional in her services and managed to have my whole transaction completed within minutes. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service Hunter was very knowledgeable and very professional in assisting me with my issue. He wasn't able to fix the device, however, he walked us through the insurance process and ensured our issue was resolved. Amazing store.

My experience with Eli was amazing, I will definitely be coming back, he gave me the absolute best service ever, I think he deserves a raise because he is a absolute customer magnate, he made my experience very simple yet pleasant, he provided me with all the information needed and he went above and beyond, we need more people like him!! Give this men a raise ASAP!!!

Came in to have my screen protector replaced. Martine was extremely welcoming and helpful! Wish I could give a 6/5 Stars!!

Eli was my rep at the Chinatown location and he was more than welcoming when I entered the store as well as very informative on my new device and services available for me. I had such a great encounter today at the atnt at Chinatown. Brianna was my rep who helped me today; I came in with a unlocked device looking to get my it a SIM card and crossing my fingers that I could keep my old phone number. I was amazed at the efficiency and fast service in how quickly Bri had my new phone set up and had me on my way to being reconnected back with all my online stuff that I thought was lost forever. It felt amazing being able to get it all back on my new phone. She was friendly and professional all the things you can ask for and she made my day today! Also shout out to Eli the whole atmosphere here is welcoming and I left knowing I was taken good care of. I'm coming back for any of my phone and tech needs!

Nya was AWESOME!!!!!. She spent 3 hours with me making phone calls back and forth to AT&T regarding a payment that I made. Finally at 4:46pm everything was resolved. Thank you so much Nya. Karen M. Woodbury

Brianna Lyles was just sooooooo wow!!!! I've been trying to get my 14 Promax since forever from another store and came here and she did the job! She's sweet and professional and entertain me being goofy! I just switched to AT&T all because of her!!

Nya was Amazing. I usually come to this location and get disappointed, ignored and no one seems to fix my phone issues but Nya changed my whole perspective on customer service. She was patient understanding and nice. She went above and beyond for me yesterday and I can’t explain enough how much she helped me. A true Angel. I owe her a bunch! So all in all Nya and her Excellent customer service skills should be the standard. Thank you again Nya!

Nice and very helpful the rep went above and beyond what was asked and helped with trying to resolve any problems that I was having ; he also walked me through the payment system and helped me to get a better sutable plan for my budget
