Lowe's Home Improvement

My new number 1 home store to shop at. The staff are super nice and very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices were way more reasonable then other big box stores. The store is clean and well stocked.

I had a great experience today at the Camden Lowe's. I went in because I was going to have some work done in my home. Joe from flooring spent a good 45 minutes helping me pick out flooring, giving me samples to bring home, and comparing prices. He also helped me with tiles for the back splashes for kitchen and bathroom and shades for my windows, giving me an idea of how much all was going to cost. He was very informative and nice about all my questions (I had alot). I am very appreciative of his help as this is my first time doing all this on my own. Thank you, Joe

As a realtor, I'm always going into homes and seeing these really cool DIY projects that I simply must do to my own home. So I end up at Lowe's 3 times a week. 😎 I always find what I need and the staff is always fantastic. There is one specific employee who I developed a friendship with a few months back over a dishwasher that should have been at the Camden store but was shipped to the Dover store instead and she helped me figure out what happened. Moral of the story is to order it yourself. She to this day gives me a hard time and I love it. Thanks guys!

Good place to come when you need home improvement materials. Needed a replacement pulley belt and the employee was extremely helpful.Some prices are higher than Home Depot, but since HD is in Dover this is a closer option. Service is good but I have encountered poor service from mgmt, but corporate addressed it immediately.

Miss Mitzie is outstanding and super helpful and friendly to the customers. Also very smart and efficient at the checkouts too! Keep up the great work attitude and nice smile too.

Thanks to Kim, who greeted me warmly in the Window Treatment department and offered to help me despite my first response of, “I’m just looking.” She told me about the upcoming Levolor sale. When I returned to the department the next day and the next, Kim was sick, and there was nobody there to help me, so I went home. On my fourth trip, one of the supervisors from another department found two associates, Kelsey and Danika, who formerly worked in the Home Decor department. AJ (supervisor of the Home Decor department) was in another part of Lowes helping another customer, so Kelsey and Danika stepped up. Kelsey and Danika were the heroes of the day! They helped me select what I needed and wrote up my order so that AJ could complete the process after he finished with his other customer. They were professional, cheerful, gracious, creative, and went out of their way to make sure my order was correctly taken care of. The three women, Kim, Kelsey, and Danika epitomize what good customer care is all about. Give these ladies a bonus!!

Friendly employees. Great prices. They matched a paint color to a Shower curtain for a beach theme bathroom. Great job!

I needed some ready patch some paint roller and a brush they had everything I need great place to shop. Today I needed a 15 mm socket a long one and a short impact socket and sure enough they had individual sockets and the price

Our local store for years, many thanks for letting us train the dogs and get just about everything we ever needed. Staff was always helpful and they have the military discount. My only complaint is not having registers staffed early morning and late night. I absolutely despise self checkout anywhere and I don’t mind waiting in line for someone to scan items and take liability away. I also enjoy human interaction, which might be part of a dying breed I guess. All in all, love the store and staff, I hope our next Lowes is just as good.

I must admit, Camden store is more helpful than Dover!!

Thank you Brooke and Catalina! Went to Camden, Lowe's for kitchen cabinets. These ladies pulled all the cabinets, pushed them to the checkout, and helped load them into the trailer in no time flat! Thank you for your help and hard work!

I am in this store very often. The employees are very helpful . the store is usually well stocked and clean. Since our newest administration took over our country the prices of lumber have doubled during to deals made with Canada by them. You will find the employees of the store Jaye ot just as bad as we do.

I meant to post this a while ago but kept forgetting. Anyways on June 15th we came here for a pickup order, they didn’t have it ready so I was gonna go get it then the guy ended up coming with us and didn’t have what we ordered. We had to get something different and ended up paying more and had to go through self checkout. The girl working there was very helpful and nice. We got it paid for she walked us down to pickup to make sure the other items were canceled. It seems every single time we come for an order, there’s a problem. Her and my son were talking about anime shows and she carried our stuff out for us because they were really big and hard to carry. She made sure we got them in the truck and strapped down properly. She was definitely a much needed friendly face to see. She said she had only been there about a month. I wish I knew her name but she was a tall girl with long hair, not super long but a lil past her shoulders I’d say. Keep her around!

Went in search of a cleaner for my toilets. Hard water with iron can make your toilet look horrible. I found a cleaner by ZEP. It has acid in it. Four ounces in the toilet and let it sit overnight and WOW! I didn't even have to scrub it. The instructions state to let it stand up to 5 minutes. That's definitely not long enough. Trust me 4 oz is all that's needed. Be patient and let it sit overnight making sure that the water/cleaner completely cover's the stained area's.

Tawana is the best ever at this store. She is always on point. She needs a raise along with a promotion. Such a ray of sunshine compared to many other people dealing with front facing customers. Awesome job.
