Outstanding Customer Service was provided during the purchase of my well over needed mattress + frame. John took the time to explain details about all options we had available to us! Not to mention he was very understanding + excellent with accepting my busy body 3 yr old daughter. He made our MLK Holiday purchase experience an absolute memorable one! Its not very often that I get such great service that I make a post about it but.... Mattresses by appointment in Dover was awesome. The guy Jon was super helpful and let my Daughter roll from one bed to another. Help me load it up and even straped it down for me. Not to mention the price was right! 🥰 I will def come back!

Just recently purchased our third mattress here! The owner, John, is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We always walk out with exactly what we want and need. I have told all my friends and family about mattress by appointment and they are never disappointed.

Gotta say that John makes your experience very relaxed. Most places just wanna get you in and out. John let me lay on many mattresses and explained the difference between them. He's got a great sense of humor and you can tell he definitely cares about the person, not just the sale. If you're wanting a great deal with no hidden surprises, I recommend this place. I'm very satisfied, lowest prices I found and I went thru multiple stores before stopping by his ( won't make that mistake again ).

I was in desperate need of a new larger bed so I went to John's store. He was very knowledgeable about everything he had there. I have issues with my back and shoulder, the mattress that he recommended was a perfect fit. The prices are very reasonable and he delivered right on time. A NOTE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT MATTRESS: I just went with my wife today to meet John and see about getting a decent mattress along with an adjustable base. I was VERY PLEASED with the selection as well as the fact that he can order what you want. The prices are TERRIFIC and getting the financing took me all of ten minutes 😊 I HIGHLY recommend going to see John BEFORE you waste your money at one of those big box mattress stores like Mattress Firm... GO SEE JOHN!!!

Just met John aka the most amazing salesman on earth and not only did he answer all of me and my wife's questions but he also gave us recommendations, comparisons and a break down of what everything would cost.
